Free, it was great. Not anymore when charging to use
When it was free, I loved using it. Then you started charging to use it and for a limited amount of words and that was enough for me to see that this wasn’t what to use anymore. I can’t afford to pay for annual or monthly. And when I contacted support to let them know how I felt about this, they insulted me by saying I’m not gonna make it in my business if I can’t afford the monthly subscription. That alone made me see to never use this again. I found a better AI where it was one flat rate per year and NO limits every month. So much better than Jounce. Things changed once they started looking for money from users and not for the better.

Thank you for your feedback Christine! We understand that $9 is too much money for some people, however, we've kept our costs lower than anyone in the industry for the quality that we provide. We are currently not profitable, self-funded and of course can't stay in business while never charging for any of our services.
