We have travelled twice with Journey Routers now and both of our trips were planned extremely well. Right from accommodations, sightseeing, on the journey suggestions all were upto the mark. Thanks for making such wonderful memories in our life.
We travelled Mauritius with Journey routers. It was our third trip with them. The overall experience was very good.Divyanshi from their team assisted us in preparing our itinerary and she was very interactive and cooperative on our requirements.

We went to Sri lanka (6 adults & 2 kids) with Journey Routers. It was a well planned trip - I specially like to thank them for keeping my kid on priority, he got sick there & the cab driver who was allocated to me was even available at 4:00 AM in morning to pick us up for getting him checked at hospital. Apart from this the hotels which they chose for us was really great. If you are planning a trip then without even second thought go ahead with Journey Routers.
I had a very disappointing experience with Journey Routers. I initially reached out to them for a family travel package to the Maldives. The representative shared a package that suited my budget, but travel dates were not finalized as flights were not included and I needed time to book them first.
I paid a token amount of INR 10,000 with the clear understanding that bookings would only be confirmed after I finalized my travel dates and explicitly approved to proceed with the resort bookings.
The next day, while we were still discussing date availability, I was informed that rooms could be arranged on those dates and later the representative came back saying that rooms are available on my dates and sent me an email and whtsapp message and was asked to confirm before making any bookings. However, due to an unexpected office emergency, I was unable to travel and therefore did not provide any confirmation—neither on email nor on WhatsApp.
Despite this, the company went ahead and made the booking without my consent and later informed me that it was already done. When I explained the situation and requested a refund of my token amount, it was outright denied.
I find this highly unprofessional and unacceptable. Proceeding with bookings without customer confirmation and then refusing a refund reflects very poor customer service and lack of accountability. I ended up losing my INR 10,000 due to their actions.
I would strongly advise others to be cautious when dealing with this company.”

We recently returned from an amazing 7 days bali trip organized by journey routers, and it was a truly memorable experience!
The itinerary was well curated with the perfect mix of relaxation, adventure, and sightseeing.
Huge thanks to journey routers and a special thanks to ritika for planning such a thoughtful itinerary, Tanisha for helping us with smooth flight bookings, prachi for her constant support and coordination throughout the trip. We had a fantastic experience and are looking forward to plan our next trip.
