I literally about 30 minutes ago just made my first redeem request . Had to do more verification. Which was my method of payment . It said it would be reviewed within 1 to 2 business days . But, upon speaking with someone named Dihya, they assured me it would be reviewed soon and literally answered everything very kindly and professionally . Also, surprisingly, this is an actual person . Not a bot like i originally thought hahah 😆

Platform looks nice, but that's it. Games are dead, bonuses pay so little that killing all joy. Never again I will deposit here.

I made my first deposit today and I won and before I could receive my winnings or prizes, I had to be fully verified. So after I got verified I realized that the verification process was a breeze and my redemption request was approved. There customer support is very quick and responsive because its past midnight and I still was able to speak to a live agent not a bot. So I've deposited a few times on Joya because they had some pretty good deals after signing up. Grabbed most of them and after I think my third deposit I hit for 100, the redemption process being my first time and having to verify every card I used, which was only 2 but it just caused a delay in my winnings being the back in fourth with support through email, but I do give them credit in getting things done quickly for the most part. I think all in all I had my money within 12 hours and that was only due to my card not taking the redemption so I had to add another card and get it verified and approved but once it was my money hit instantly pretty much. So just a heads up on that, be ready to verify any card used. Other then that the site ran good, good game selection and I'd recommended trying them out. They did give me some pretty good deals. Only thing I'm not real sure about yet is the VIP transfer because they accepted me to get my transfer but I haven't seen anything of value in it other then a deposit bonus of 40% when making a 100$ deposit and I think ten free spins at .10 cents so if there was something I'd improve I'd say that the VIP program could use an upgrade. That and a way to do the card verification before being asked to, it let it be known and be prompted to do so after or before purchase to make the redemption process go faster instead having to be emailed about it when you're just trying to get your money after you do finally win. But that's all, don't want to make this review any longer.
