Let me tell you something I am astonished at the customer care with Joyberri. I emailed them on Sunday and I had replacement Wednesday. You cannot find this type of service nowhere. I will forever be a customer and I will send everyone I know and scream your name from the mountain top!! Thank you Raymund.

I just have to say JOYBERRI IS THE BEST COMPANY I HAVE EVER HAD TO DEAL WITH. I ordered the 12ft prosurge blue trampoline with led lights and sprinkler system last year maybe one year and a half and my 8year old autistic son was the happiest little boy in this world, recently one of the top poles kept coming out the 3 prong connector thing forgive me I forgot the name of the part. I reached out to JOYBERRI and the same day right away “Rose” was on it willing to help, very professional, her feedback and what I needed to provide her was very easy to understand and she went above and beyond what I needed from JOYBERRI, the parts however were not in stock and I had the option to get a new unit which I preferred to do. This all in one day. When you have a disabled child and all you want to do is whatever makes them happy. I was afraid this was gonna break beyond repair and look how wonderful JOYBERRI is replacing the entire unit. If you’re looking to buy a trampoline and other outdoor fun activities please let JOYBERRI provide the service. YOU WILL BEVER BE DISAPPOINTED BY THEM. I give 10 STARS FOR ALL THE HELL “Rosa” has done.

Rose was amazing helping us through Joyberri's Customer Support. She was so quick to reply to my Email and answered all my questions immediately. Gathering the information she needed to help us with our defective item. I am very pleased with the service we got from Rose and Joyberri.

Joyberri! Wow! I can’t give Grace enough praise! I bought a trampoline a couple years ago and the enclosure had wind damage! I wanted to purchase replacement parts, but next thing I know she took care of everything beyond expectations! I cannot put into words how excellent the customer service is, especially Grace! I will forever without thought purchase from Joyberri again!

Reached out after our trampoline was destroyed after only a few months of owning due wind and the stakes failing. Raymund was kind and courteous throughout our entire interaction. I was wow'd by the customer service. They replaced our trampoline, sending us a new one a day after confirmation. My children will be so happy they get to play all summer long.

We were happy with the product upon initial receipt and felt it provided great value for the price. But where Joyberri really shone was in its after-care customer service. We've had the product for about 6 months now and had an issue with one of the parts which bent beyond repair during early use. I reached out to their customer service team and not only did I receive a prompt response, the agent, Rose, went above and beyond to understand the issue and made it simple to facilitate a replacement product. She was pleasant, responsive, and efficient. I would buy another product from this company purely due to the exceptional customer service!

The quality of the trampoline is great, easy to put together, even for me 72yr grandma & 15yr grandson, & the customer service, especially their representative Grace, went over and above to help replace under warrenty the trampoline when hurricane winds demolished it & a second time when hurricane winds ruined some parts. Never has a company been so responsive & helpful and now my grandkids still have a trampoline and countless hours of fun on it! Can’t thank this company enough & Grace who responded immediately to texts & replacements as needed.

We had a defect in our trampoline jump mat and after a few quick messages with Raymond at the customer care team, they sent us a new one! They had it to us within a week and the process of getting it replaced was very quick and simple! They stand by their warranty and are easy and friendly to work with!

Grace was so kind and helpful. She went above and beyond to help us. I reached out because the wind took our trampoline to visit 2 neighbors over. I read reviews that mentioned customer service for this company is great and boy were they right. I reached out to see if I could buy replacement parts and hardware and in the end they replaced the entire trampoline. I cant believe it and didnt expect it! Cannot reccomend them enough!

I cannot say enough good things about Joyberri and specifically Grace who was so kind and supportive to us and our dilemma. We bought a trampoline from a supplier who subsequently went out of business.. The problem? We didn't know until several weeks later we opened the box to find MANY pieces missing. I thought we were in trouble but nope, we had GRACE come to the rescue!! She gathered all our missing parts and SOMEHOW got the warehouse to send us what were were missing.. The result? Well, now my granddaughter will have her birthday trampoline setup this spring and it's all because of Grace.

Have had a great experience with this company. Our 15ft trampoline we got my kids for Christmas got swept away in a windstorm even though we had it staked down. I reached out to the company to see if we could get some replacements parts, but the parts we needed they were out of stock of so they sent us a brand new set to replace it out of no cost of our own!!!! They went above and beyond and did not have to do that, I'm so glad there are still some good reputable companies that strive for excellent customer service out there. Could not recommend Joyberri enough - FIVE STARS!!!

The support team was extremely helpful & took care of us very quickly and efficiently. We had a replacement within days. Talk about going above and beyond! I can’t say enough about how we were taken care of. Thank you JoyBerri!!!
