Excellent service
When you order from this company it’s dispatched right away, their delivery time is exceptional, they value their customer from one offs to returning, the products come well wrapped and no damage, to top it off they send you a taster of a unique bottle to try, will all-ways use them for my purchases.

Whisky is a hit, however, delivery not! I bought it for a 60th birthday present with guaranteed next day delivery. Unfortunately, I received no despatch update so made contact to chase up and although I did not receive a response directly, I did receive an email confirming that it would be dispatched. Sadly it arrived the day after my husband‘s birthday which was very disappointing.

Great that I can order a Whisky I can't get in the shops but I am always told it will be next day delivery and it is NOT.

Used this company four times now without a hitch. Very easy to deal with. Although the age verification is a pain. I’m 66 years old so surely requiring me to find proof by means of my d/l is over the top.

Easy to order from the site
Easy to order from the site. My whisky was delivered quickly and I had no issues so so reason to contact JPHA. I have ordered several times from here and have never had any sort of issue.
