Bought a car from this dealer and the experience has been very disappointing. They failed to complete the new keeper details, so I still have no log book, and I was never given the green slip. I’ve had to pay £25 for this,
As part of the sales agreement, the car was supposed to have a service completed, but there is no documentation or evidence this was ever done.only a tick sheet which is not good enough, The vehicle was also sold as an Overfinch, yet no proof or supporting paperwork has been provided it was advertised as an overfinch but really it was overpriced as no proof, I was told this model does not have a handbook after speaking to Land Rover it should and I’ve been able to purchased one,
The brakes were not in good condition and I’ve had to spend my own money putting issues right since buying the car. Trying to contact them afterwards has been pointless as the after-sales service has been non-existent. I would advise others to be cautious. Tried to sell us warranty for twelve months however it would start straight away , we didn’t take it out,
We were told to take it to a vat garage to get a diagnostic test however we would be out of pocket, so it was easier to take to Land Rover to have a full service which cost £512 and is on the service history, I have applied to overfinch for verification that has cost £90, I’ve yet to get the 360 cameras fixed, so on top of the buying price I’ve been out of pocket for a car which should of been up for sale around £16000 I’ve yet to go to trading standards with all my evidence, after reading their reply what a load of rubbish if you cannot take the truth don’t make up lies,
