Very efficient service the mattress was delivered earlier than expected

Really pleased with my new Shakespeare mattress, just what I wanted. It was despatched promptly and arrived in good condition and at the time stated. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was I wasn’t able to choose my delivery date but apart from that perfect! Thank you JSB.

Mattress was competitively priced and delivered on the notified day but was at least one hour later than notified. Pleased to see that the mattress was double bagged because the outer bag was damaged but mattress was unaffected.

Poor service when delivered.
Received my mattress and requested it be placed upstairs in a room of my choice. Delivery drivers clearly couldn’t be bothered. Wanted to leave it in the hallway. Made a half hearted attempt claiming it wouldn’t fit up the stairs. I have 2 other mattresses the same size already upstairs and so simply didn’t make sense. They didn’t even turn the mattress the correct way to try! I was told this would take 3 men but they clearly couldn’t be bothered. I’m a single mum and myself and my 11 year old daughter then proceeded to get it upstairs when they left.. that says it all really!

We have 4 of these beds in our house - we love this mattress.

Mattress as described and cheaper than other places. delivered ahead of time. Customer service was also spot on.

The produce was great and very pleased with the new mattress we purchased .
We weren't so pleased with the delivery, I two man delivery team were not very polite and when they took the mattress upstairs they hit it on the stairs light causing it to pairs to break of and fall onto me as I was standing at bottom of stairs . When I wrote on invoice light had been broken one of the delivery team wasn't very pleased I had written the comment and was quite cross about it .

Had just what we needed. Arrived 2 weeks after order and within the time scale quoted, in fact a week earlier. Took old mattress and left us with a very comfortable new one. Will definitely use again

Great service , was called to say the website was saying a two week wait for delivery which I was happy with , But they actually had it in stock and that it would be arriving in 2,3 days . Which it did . great delivery team , put it exactly where I wanted it .
