I ordered a biker ring on Jan 17 2026 According to the postal tracking it started out in Riverton Utah ( Meaning they are not in North Carolina) it went to Salt Lake City, then on to Avondale AZ, Then Los Angeles CA, then to Bell Gardens CA for delivery. Only problem is I live in South Dakota. What the F. Either this company is a scam or has the crappiset shipping department ever

Very poor quality products. There are no contact details provided, and after placing an order, you can’t reach anyone for support. Most of the items are low-grade Chinese products, probably bought for $1 and sold for $70–$100 — clearly making a fool of customers. Not recommended at all.

JSBlue Ridge charges high prices for very poor quality products.
They ship the wrong items but what was most infuriating was how unethical they were in my last order.
This Dino bucket was on discount sale for 1.99, there is no size description so I though maybe a 4in bucket of dinos. I get 12 buckets for 1.99 each, cool. NO JS charged me 1.99 per dino. They were not in a display box for the register, they were in a sealed bucket. The dinos from the manufacture is not intended for individual sell, especially at 3.99 retail each. They are simply tiny plastic dinosaurs. At best they can sell retail for 1.99.

They misrepresented the product and packaging on purpose. This is a poor practice. I contacted them and gave them a chance to right this wrong, in which they told me this is how they sell the product. Would you except to go to McDonald's and order fries for $4 and then realize they charged you $2 per fry in the container. Would they claim that their fries are worth $50 a carton or do we pay per staple when we purchase a pack. This is trickery and they know it and it makes Faire look bad because I am skeptical about purchasing from the smaller companies on your platform because I'm worried about their practices. Causing the big giants to be the dominant brands, and thus turning this marketplace into another Alibaba. Another place I don't trust. I like Faire and I want to have confidence in the companies I shop in this marketplace. Look into JSBlueRidge. Trust the 1-2 star reviews.

I purchased a burlap bag from JS BLUERIDGE. I’m very happy with the print and quality of this bag. It’s very nice and I will be ordering more. Shipping was timely and I have no complaints.

This is a scam website. I should have checked the online reviews before ordering. They will take your money with no intention of shipping out their "imaginary" products. I placed an order. Then a week later I contacted them to check the status. No response. One week later I contacted Paypal to get a full refund. Why is this scam site allowed to be online? Also, if you look at the positive reviews on here, they are all fake and written by A.I.

I ordered 33 scarves two weeks in advance because their website said I would have my items before the date I needed them, There was no phone number listed for them only email. I had to call the local police department to make sure it was an actual business. The owner finally calls me with some BS story and then emails me saying, I will not be getting my items

said order not processed potential fraud yet credit card was charged. when i email to let me know status or call ...no reply

Bought a dozen black lighters from them 18 days ago. Have not heard back from them.

This company is horrible! My company made a large purchase based on a misleading description on their site, and their customer service team is nowhere to be found. Took 6 days to get a non-productive generic response from them. Rule #1: if they don't list a customer service phone number, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!

Ordered products then recieved a new invoice every day for a week with a different shipping ammount. Never hear back from customer service, they will not return any emails and now I can't even delete the account so they have all of my details. I felt like there whole website was too good to be true and after trying to deal with them realise it's most likely all a scam.

Ordered 5 units. Received email with shipping charge. Paid shipping but also charged me for 7 more units. I’ve spend weeks asking for a refund or for them to actually just ship the items. Finally received 1 unit after paying for 12. Customer service is full of “We’ll fix that right away!” or “Let me look into that.” or only answering part of my complaint and ignoring other parts. After many requests, received refund for the unordered 7 units, but not the shipping for them and have only received 1/5 of the items I ordered. Will not order from them again.
