poor quality, warranty and customer service
I received an all black BFF as a gift based upon my Friends personal experience using the bag. I’ve had it for a little over a year. It is showing fading in the corners and on the shoulder strap. I reached out to customer service twice (via email & phone) and was basically told too bad. Was told there fabrics exceed standards because they’re umbrella material and I should color in the faded areas with a black fabric marker. I was also told that because I live in a northern state, my bag must have uv damage bc this happens in cloudy places. I am a teacher with a child who stays home with my mother so the bag hardly leaves the house. So I basically have a $180 bag that doesn’t even last two years at light use. Obviously it is a very limited lifetime warranty. Don’t waste $180. You will need another diaper bag before your child is out of diapers.

I ordered this bag and one other item and it took over a month for me to receive them. I even contacted the company and was told that they couldn't give me an idea on when the items would ship. Now that they've arrived, I need to return this bag (it's not quite big enough for all of the pump parts I will need to carry), and I haven't been able to get anyone to respond to me for over a week and a half. These bags are so cute and functional, but if you don't have quality customer service, you won't have return business. :(

I have a lot thing to say about it. First off, I have two star ,no to the product ,but the company, I ordered my BFF in a sale I had it for a decent price the shipping was horrible I waited a full month to received my bag never got a tracking number neither a arriving date, it was a ridiculous experience talking about shipping. Now the bag, I really love my bag ,good quality, beautiful pattern inside out I give 5 🌟 to the bag. But the company again horrible experience.
Shipping time way to long
Love the diaper bag however took 4 weeks to ship. When emailing asking when it would ship took over a week to receive a response.
Poor quality and no customer service
I was gifted my bag and within weeks of using my bag, the strap seam tore. I’ve contacted the company three or four times to file a warranty claim. It’s been over a month and I have yet to receive a response. Very disappointing considering the cost of the bag. It’s poorly made and the company doesn’t respond. I have since purchased a Skipnot bag, which is a 1/3 of the cost and love it.
Hate Being Left in the Dark
I was so excited that my husband ordered my bag on May 18, and now it’s June 20 and I still don’t have it. I have called and emailed, during my phone called the lady laughed and said because of the sale it was crazy and bags were taking a “little longer then usual”. If almost a month is usual I will never order from them again. I have gotten ignored through email, or sent a general computer generated email. Finally today my husband received the email saying it was shipped but no tracking number yet. I will never order from this company again. Shame on your customer service for not sending a generic email stating what was going on.

Their customer service is TERRIBLE!!!! I have never been so disappointed and honestly p****d off when ordering somthing off line! This is my first ever purchase from them and it’s been nothing but terrible! I ordered June 18th and we are now almost an entire month with nothing! No updates, no shipping information, ... just a stupid update that says “awaiting shipment” They knew going into this sale that there would be many people ordering, yet are so completely unorganized and straight rude to their customers. I will NEVER order from them again, this company is terrible.
great bags horrible service
I LOVE jujube bags. Unfortunately, I had only ordered their bags through third parties in the past so I didn't know when I placed an order through their site directly that their service would be so terrible. My order was placed over 4 weeks ago and I have not yet received a shipping confirmation. I emailed them about this a week ago and got no response. I don't think I've ever had such terrible service from a company before. It's really a shame because their bags are great.
Horrible customer service!
Horrible customer service. I ordered my bag 3 weeks ago and it still hasn’t shipped! No email notification, explanation, apology or even a response when I emailed customer service. Will not be ordering from jujube ever again.
Unheard of wait and lack of communication
The unheard of wait for items from the warehouse sale has not been managed well and barely even addressed by JuJuBe. My order has not had an update in close to four weeks - it’s just “awaiting shipment”. Upon ordering I thought having to wait 7-14 days was a very generous timeframe but totally worth it (I do love their product). But that expected delay was a few weeks ago!
There has been no apology or communication, or sense that the company cares about their customers who were/are excited, but now feel let down.
Their company is built around being put-together and well organized - you would think they’d be able to better estimate their shipping time based on the amount of product they had available during the sale and anticipate bringing on some extra help to get everything out the door within a standard amount of time for online orders.

Same as most of these other recent reviews, I ordered on 5/18/2018 and my purchase has still not shipped as of 6/12. I wrote to customer service and they informed me that they are behind and it will be “7-14 business days or longer”. My credit card was already charged and the company has had more than 14 business days to ship the products ordered. Do not order from this site.
Unresponsive Customer Service & Missing Product
I ordered a diaper bag and wallet 4 weeks ago. This order has still not shipped. At time of order website advised that ship time may be extended to two weeks.
I have reached out to the company three times without response. Now, I am left wondering if this bag will arrive before baby.
Haven’t received products but took my money
Made an online purchase a month ago, still haven’t received my product nor a response or money back from this company. One thing they are fast at is taking my money within minutes of the online purchase. I was a 1st time customer. I’ll never purchase from jujube again. Update: received an email and they actually had the nerve to talk about how they take off weekends and need to have fun. Completely out of touch with what’s happening to their customers.

Will never order from jujube site again, about a month since ordered and still hasnt shipped. Products are good but can be received elsewhere with less hassle. Customer service isnt nice or apologetic when you call either.

Still waiting for my order from almost a month ago. There's been no update, no tracking number, and no information from JuJuBe for the delay or any specific info about my shipment. The only information I've found is from the many other customers in the same situation as me. I would be fine with waiting if JuJuBe had been forthcoming and apologetic for the delay. I didn't expect such a unprofessional and inconsiderate experience from a well-known retailer. I won't be purchasing from them again.
A frustrated customer
I ordered three items 3 weeks ago and am still awaiting for the items to ship. I emailed them and got the automated response saying 7-14 business days or longer to ship. I guess it’ll be or longer because the 14 business days are up. I’m 38 weeks and i really wanted these items before my my due date. A disclaimer before I purchased would have been nice. I shouldn’t have to reach out to see what’s going on. I would reach out again but I’ve read several reviews where customers reach out and their orders are cancelled. And now they are having another sale despite the orders not being shipped out from the first sale.

I ordered a bag three weeks ago for a great price. I have emailed numerous times asking when I will receive it and first received a vague response and now haven’t received any further responses to my additional emails. They had no problem taking my money right away but they’re certainly taking their time to ship. Ridiculous.

The company needs to get it together!! I’ve been waiting 22 days for my order to ship! Slightly less if you go by “business days.” Their customer service is really horrible. It’s so a shame this brand used to be my favorite... i’ll Never purchase from them again!
