Had an issue with the zipper on the bag I purchased. Customer Service was prompt and efficient in their response - the issue was resolved without incident, and I received my new bag immediately thereafter. Great service and products. Totally in love with my new BRB.

While I appreciate the fact that jjb products hold their value, I dislike the fact that I have to wake up in the middle of the night to buy limited release products that “cart jump” aka sell out within 1-5 minutes of release. It also seems like every release recently has been very limited.

Ju-ju-be have promotion free shipping and each order receive coin purse. However I received only 2pcs coin purse out of 9 orders bags. And 1 coin purse out of 6. So I was disappointed. Next time don't post anything that you cannot gave to the customer.

My order came quickly. My only complaint is that the zipper on the bag doesnt zip easily and requires two hands. I was expecting better quality than a plastic zipper on a $40 tote bag.

I love Ju-Ju-be!! They are great to deal with and I love all their products!! Just wish they had more for peeps who live in rural areas and can't get to trunk shows!!

Excellent customer service, whenever I had a question they answered quickly. I was impatient for my items to ship and they were able to thankfully reassure me that they were in stock and their policy on processing times. Loved the items and they were packaged great and got to me safely. Would order from them again and recommend to any of my friends or family!

The product’s quality speaks for itself. The package arrived on time in a nice secured box. I have a friend who works at a daycare. When I showed and told her about the qualities of the bag and that it was machine washable, she stated “You have no idea how many people need this at my work. I’ve had some STINKY/FILTHY diaper bags!”. The bag is treated inside and out so that it’s easy to wipe down and prohibits the growth of odor developing bacteria. Talk about making life easier.

Yes the product is good and I liked it. However your order policy sucks. Your products are super expensive and yet you don’t accept exchanges and if you return the product the customer still responsible for shipping charge.

I bought my first Jujube and fell IN LOVE! I can't stop buying them and love them for every occasion. Not only do you get a bag but you get a strong jujube community to go with it! Couldn't recommend Jujube enough!
