No better value in an electric bicycle. Customer service is fantastic as well. I have two Crosscurrents and love them.

Juiced bikes is new to me, the e-bike world is new to me. I own a boostedboard and have been esk8 for a while. Purchasing from Juiced was very easy, shipping was fast, and their customer service is top notch, even with my stupid endless questions. The bike build (Scrambler) is very well made and I ride it to work every day. I would recommend Juiced bike over Super73 and really most other brands, mainly because of their employees and quality products. Either you buy pre-built, or go DIY, and if I go pre-built, I will always have Juiced as my number 1 choice.

Good: IGG price of $2300 with shipping included was fair. Hyperscrambler is a nice looking bike except for headlight and handlebars.
Bad: Hyperscrambler motor and controller not well calibrated. pedal assist surges, and acceleration is hesitant at take off and at around 20mph. Throttle-only speeds shown by juiced during pre-order are not achievable, and spotty customer service - some reps offer to have components sent back for service, but one told me I am lucky to get to 28mph and there is nothing juiced could do about the issues, blaming them on individual differences between motors. Even if it performed better, the current asking price is too high.

Great bicycle because the battery technology and quality bike components are well thought out. Their mission of providing a high quality bike at a fair price is achieved. I love my new bike, and bought one for my wife too!

I have been looking at ebikes for along time. When I purchased the RIP current s it was the best deal. It had everything that I was looking for on ebike. The big battery and all the extras.it being a class 3 28 to 30 mph and range of 70 miles plus on eco.i shouldn't run out of battery at all. When I buy another it will be a jucied bike.

The RipCurrent bike I bought is a joy to ride. Very thankful for the quality of bike this is. And their customer service has been very responsive and helpful.

The bike is really great. It came very well packaged with no problems during assembly. The scrambler has lots of power and the controls work well once they are gotten used to. Controls well up and down steep inclines as far as power and brakes are concerned. This thing is a lot of fun.

I have more than 3 years with my bike and it has never been decomposed

This E Bike is one of the most Awesome ride I have ever had very dependable with no issues as I now have 110 plus miles on it. I will be getting one for the wife due to its quality and performance.

An awesome bike. My 75 year old dad rides his Rip Current S frequently. Has now passed 1500 miles since August 2018 and has lost more than 35 pounds in the process.

He finds the bike fun to ride as compared to walking. The bike has worked well except for a couple of problems. He does wish his bike was shipped with the 52 VDC battery instead of the older 48 V battery. More range would be desirable.

We are now considering getting one of these for my mother so she can ride with dad. Unfortunately this model is not made with a step through frame.

When purchased the bike was rated for 300 lbs which was part of the decision to purchase this bike over the the Pedigo Sport which was rated for 450 lbs. Clearly the Rip Current S is more bike than the Pedigo, But for some reason the new Rip Current S specification is now 275 lbs as opposed to the 300 when purchased last year.

The biggest issue dad has found is keeping the chain and gears clean. We are concerned about using materials around the electrical connections and the drive hub. It would be useful for Juiced Bikes to do a video on chain cleaning. The Park Tool chain cleaner did not work on this bike.

All in all a great bike that is fun to ride.

I have had nothing but clear, timely, and accurate communication with the Juiced Bikes team. This is not my first e-bike purchase, so I can say this is by far the best company I have worked with. Quality of the product is superb. Has surpassed all of our expectations.

Bike was packed well and easy to assemble. Bike is awesome. There is a steep hill in front of my house. I can pedal up this hill at 15 mph. Otherwise this is a get off and walk up hill. Powerful! Knowing I have help when needed gets me out for exercise more.

Great products with good prices and excellent customer service. Seems like huiced bikes cares about their products and customers and I appreciate that.

I love the bike and it is a great value. Unfortunately the bike had some quality issues with some of the components. The service team was good but the availability of replacement parts was not. I either had to wait to get a replacement and in one case the replacement was defective as well. That said, I would buy another bike without hesitation as the product design and build is worth the hassles.

The reason for 4 stars has nothing to do with the performance of my bike..... I found a small dent on the frames top tube between the handle bars and the seat post.... while not a big deal, I wonder if the person that packed or put the bike together knew about it and yes someone had to know before the bike was shipped— I say that because or the way the bike was packed “very good” and the location of the almost unnoticeable dent..... for that I ve take a star.... look forward to doing business in the future.... everyone loves the bike..... I’m going to profile it to match my black & white Dodge Charger.... falling in love is a good feeling “thanks Juice Bikes” for making my first e-bike a basically good enjoyable experience......I hope the honesty or this drives you guy to give us a prefect experience for the money .....

After doing research on E Bikes I decided to go with the Juiced City Scrambler. The battery life, components and value seemed to be very fair. We live on an island so most of the bike paths are paved that eventually lead to the beach. The City Scrambler is very comfortable, fast, handles well and extremely durable. The wide tires really ride smoothly and the disc brakes are unbelievable. This bike is really fun to ride!! We live it and we are buying another one:))
