médiocre et pas de remboursement : mensongé . j'ai fait une commande sur ce site de 4 vêtements.
ils sont bien arrivés mais la qualité est plus que médiocre et surtout il y a une combinaison pantalon qu'il est impossible d'enfiler tellement elle est mal taillée. J'avais vérifié que l'on pouvait retourner en cas de problème. : mais c'est un chemin de croix pour faire le retour. Je leur ai écrit : ils m' ont répondu que cela couterait trop cher de faire le retour et de me rembourser à cause des taxes et que je perdrais de l'argent. ils me conseillent d'essayer de les revendre. commande de127€. j'ai écrit nouveau en disant que je voulais faire le retour quand même : plus de nouvelles

It’s a totally scam and they will provide you a fake tracking number!
I have ordered £50 worth of goods and waited over a month then I have contacted @julalova.com for answer due to my parcel never arrived. She provided me tracking number and said I have missed a delivery. Which it wasn’t true and I never received any notification or email… I even went to the post office and they have told me there is no such a tracking number.
It’s been now 4months and I still don’t have a refund, reset or any answer in regards to which company they have been working with for postage and or correct tracking number.
Worse experience ever and they should be stoped trading.

0 STARS! Ordered 2 dresses in my size, when they came they were at least 4 sizes bigger than the said size. The worst part is that they will not issue me a refund on a £70 order. They are offering me a 20% refund or 10% off my next order????? NO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.

THIS STAR ABOVE IS UNDESERVED. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, PAID EXTRA TO EXPEDITE MY ORDER YET HAVENT RECEIVED THEM AFTER MORE THAN A MONTH. I WONDER WHAT I HAVE IN STORE WHEN I RECEIVE THE PRODUCTS. JEEZ

Ein Stern ist sogar zu viel!! Finger weg von dieser Website. Habe ein Kleid bestellt, das überhaupt nicht dem Foto entsprach. Total billiger Stoff, ganz anderes Material als abgebildet. Als ich es zurückschicken wollte, wurde ich ewig hingehalten. Außerdem müsste ich die Rücksendung selbst zahlen (20 - 70$ laut Verkäufer). Konnte mein Geld zum Glück über Paypal sichern. War aber alles unnötig nervig.

They are scamming people. They take money and never send the item. If you start complain on instagram they will block you. How come this company still exist ?

Please do not purchase anything at this place!! I did order something in April believing in their delivery date, it has been nearly 2 months and I haven’t received anything.
The event where I suppose to wear what I bought has passed, I am about to leave the country where the delivery suppose to arrive and they told me they will not refund my money!
I contacted them twice and their email were so disrespectful and showing no interesting at all.
Really bad service, disrespectful staff, they don’t resolve your problem and they answer your complaints asking you to have patient and not taking any responsibility for their wrong attitude.
Stay away from Julalova!!!

If you could put 0 I would! fabric and model completely different from the photos! I asked for a refund, they gave me a 50% refund but in reality they only refunded me €1.14 and they keep saying that they gave me the agreed refund without providing me with any proof! very bad experience they are also liars and scammers! don't buy from them!

The dress I ordered was completely different from what I received.super poor quality. Barely similar design, the fit was appalling. Dress looked like a bag with flowers on it, the chest had no fit like the picture did.

Don't buy ANYTHING from this company. The clothes is of NO QUALITY. When you try to make a return they give you major run around and offer you at the end a coupon for $10 or $7 credit on your card. Ridiculous. Just completely stay away any company that operates from any Oriental background. They do what they want and no one does anything... !

Would never buy from them again. First of all the products do not not match the pictures and videos on their social media. Then when I tried to have the return label, they answered my email trying to convince me to keep the products and that they would give me a 15% os discount on my next purchase with them. They gotta be kidding. Took me ONE month and more than 25 emails to solve this situation.

Nunca compren en esta tienda es una estafa la calidad es pésima nada que ver con lo que anuncian en la página web a demás q no te devuelven el dinero ni te hacen cambios pésimo servicio la peor experiencia.

Sin duda la peor tienda en la que he comprado por internet. Pedi un vestido el cual no era el del anuncio que vi, era otro completamente distinto y ademas me estaba pequeño, cuando solicite el cambio me dicen que me devuelven solo 7€ y que me quede con el vestido, mi respuesta obviamente fue que no.
Me dicen que si quiero devolver el vestido que los gastos de envio corren de mi cuenta (algo normal en cualquier tienda online) pero el precio son 70€!!!!!
Al final he conseguido que me devuelvan el 30% y me quedo con el vestido.
Unos estafadores! No compren aqui jamás!

Do not buy from this website and avoid a nightmare trying to return the item. The products are not real. What you receive is different from what they advertise, and impossible to return as they refuse to send the return label because is too expensive. This is what I received and as I was reading other reviews is what happen to eveyone, they have the e-mail already elaborated.

Return requests are just being ignored. The „service team“ argues about returns and tries to convince you to keep the articles. They keep asking why exactly the article is too small or too big until the return period is over without sending a return slip as promised on their website.

Articles qui ne correspondent pas aux photos. Site assez malhonnête.
Le vendeur ne veut même pas reprendre l’article et vous propose un remboursement partiel de 20%!!
Il faut marquer sur le site que l’acheteur doit payer pour le retour !!!
Evidemment je ne le retournerai pas, ca me coutera plus cher de le renvoyer
