Absolute con artists - I paid for boots and they NEVER arrived. I feel sick that these people take money from innocent people. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM - I paid and they couldn't get my money back - I'm a single parent teacher so I hope they sleep at night knowing they've robbed me. Disgusting.

I purchased a pair of vegan leather sandals on line. It took over 1 month to arrive with previous items apparently damaged and I had to chase for the product. When they eventually arrived packaged in a cheap plastic bag, the items stank of cheap nasty plastic, the shoes were cheap plastic and this item is mis-sold. I am still trying to get the money back

I ordered a dress for a party and was delighted by the fast delivery. The dress was even more beautiful than in the photo and fit perfectly. The return was also very simple when I needed another size. A truly fantastic experience!

I ordered a winter coat from Jules. Fast delivery, and I was kept informed of the delivery date and time.

I placed an order yesterday and wish I had checked with trustpilot first! Now awaiting polyester rubbish from China! Should have trusted my instinct and take notice of media programs warning against scam companies advertising through Facebook!

I don't understand the bad reviews. Excellent quality. Maybe the delivery could be a little faster, but otherwise it's great.

Do NOT by from this company that pretends to be in the UK - UK name, email ending in .co.uk etc. It’s a CHINESE company that produces unbelievably bad quality clothing. When you try to return, they offer a small refund for you to keep the products. I have tried in vain for 2 weeks to get an actual returns address!!!

I read a lot of bad reviews about Jules. Personally, I am super satisfied. The sizing advice is accurate, the offers are great, the delivery times are respected, and when I made a return, I was refunded within a few days. I think Jules Josh is great.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Cheap disgusting looking sandals arrived - they look nothing like the picture on the website. I have been told I cannot return them but I can order a new pair for half the price. Why would I dream of doing that?!? I'm gutted I ordered these as I have completed wasted £35. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!

Like others, I was totally fooled by their fake AI website, thinking they were a UK company. In fact, these cheap plastic (or should I say “vegan leather”, as advertised) sandals arrived from China wrapped in a plastic bag after about a 3 week wait. They are poorly made, miles too big and I would not risk wearing them out, as they probably wouldn’t survive one wear. I can’t believe I actually paid £40 for them !!! And forget the 30 day money back guarantee - you have to arrange your own customs paperwork and if there is any problem/delay, no money back !! If I could have given 0 stars, I would have done ! Avoid like the plague

Clearly a scam! And I fell for it, luckily I paid on Barclaycard so will be able to claim my money back. Avoid at all costs!

BEWARE OF THIS WEBSITE - Selling very cheaply made products and not representative of the items shown on their website.
I just received my order of the Liva Orthopaedic Leather Sandals. I would just like to say how disappointed I was with the quality of the Sandals. It bears no relation to the quality of the product shown on their website.
I now understand that Jules & Josh is a scam company taking money from customers and sending very cheaply made items.

Read the rest they all apply, just dont buy.

If I could give zero stars I would. Terrible quality, nothing like the picture, too ages to arrive from China even though they are branded as a U.K. business. Total waste of time. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

Absolutely dire - wish I’d read these reviews before ordering but the website looks so professional. Sandals did arrive (just wrapped in plastic) and from a distance look the quality of the photograph but they are actually cheap looking and poorly made with no branding on them. Not worth the money I paid (not even worth a fiver) and not even sure I’m going to risk wearing them as they look like they’d fall apart straight away. Do NOT order from this ‘company’. Would have given a zero rating if I could.

It took a very long time for the parcel to arrive and when it did, what a disappointment. The pattern and colours are different to the photograph, the fabric is very poor quality and most annoyingly it is 100% polyester despite the website saying poly cotton - a very different fabric! Did not realise it was coming from Asia, advertisement certainly doesn't make the clear. If it had done, I would not have bought as had bad experiences with other clothes from Asia before.

Disgraceful company , claim to be in London and offer a full refund if not happy . Delays with receiving and product substandard , the return is then to china with a cost of over £15 !
I note on their website they are closing their doors and offering discounts , avoid at all costs unless you want to be left with a very expensive duster !

There was a long time until the item was delivered. I ordered sandals which eventually arrived unboxed. They do fit and are comfortable but are nothing like the quality that was portrayed on the website which is disappointing. The material looks cheap and is certainly not what is was advertised as.
As many have said it is a scam and nothing like the plush, London based website they have.
Avoid at all costs.
