Great communication throughout. Relaxed and comfortable atmosphere for all three generations. Ease of sharing of the photo shoot file for family members to get some prints of their own.

We first met Jules and Sue when we were a family of 3 and wanted to come back as a family of 4. Jules and Sue are very friendly and the session is so relaxed. They were great with our children (3 and 1) and worked with them to get some beautiful shots. We love the photos and would highly recommend!

Jules made us all feel comfortable during the shoot and the resulting photos are great and just what we were looking for. I fully expect we will be back again in a couple of years to get some new photos with the kids.

Julian and Sue attended the garden taking photos of all the family. Suggested good locations for the photos and kept a light atmosphere allowing the family to relax. There was no rush or pressure and Julian even had the patience to picture the very excitable dog. Pictures were brilliant, colour wonderful with so many, now not knowing which to have framed. Being a family-run business, there's a warm, personal touch to their service. The studio was spotless, including the restroom, which my family really appreciated. The husband-and-wife team work together beautifully, creating a relaxed atmosphere. A lovely surprise was receiving an NHS discount, which they offered after learning I work in healthcare. Our daughters prom was unique and we made it our mission to tick off our daughters dream from a 6yr old of arriving on her horse, this was a challenge within itself but also for Julian and Sue to capture the event. Cannot recommend Julian and Sue enough for our family photo shoot and our daughters 1st birthday cake smash shoot. Very welcoming and accommodating (especially with 2 kids running around) and made the shoot itself a memorable experience. Everything from the vibe/cleanliness of the studio itself to the attention to detail of each of the stages were top class! A truly professional outfit and would recommend with a full 5 stars!
