thought I was supporting a local company in the North East with green ethics but turns out it's just another drop shipper selling AI designs and then shipping from low cost manufacturers.

T shirt was manufactured in Honduras.

Went for a Tri blend and it's like wearing a Hessian sack.

Let's be clear: don't order from them if you need the T-Shirts next week. But the site is legit, it's NOT a scam.

The team will send you emails the first week saying the T-Shirts are being prepared for you, you will get three or four emails over one or two weeks, talking about the production progress. And then silence, and no shipment for 3 weeks. And then you suddenly get an email about the shipment(s).

I ordered 4 T-Shirts, and they are coming from different places. One shipment just arrived in Germany from Latvia, with only 2 of the 4 T-Shirts. And the two T-Shirts are completely different from each other, one made in Nicaragua and one made in Honduras, one with the tissue label on the collar, the other one with a printed label. I am still waiting for the other 2 T-Shirts I bought with the same order, they are still in the US according to DHL tracking, hope to get them soon.

To be fair, when I inquired customer support about the shipment, they immediately replied, asking me to have a bit more patience. And finally one of the two shipments arrived.

The T-Shirt cotton quality is not the best, a bit thin, but it's good. The print quality looks good, but it seems the one that gets easily worn over time. To be seen how it will last over multiple washes.

But... the print design are really amazing and unique, I have not found anything as cool anywhere else. So, if you are not in a rush and can wait for one month, I think it is worth the money and the wait.

So, I am giving 4 stars for how good they look, and to balance a bit the 1 star reviews, although the long shipment would probably deserve only 3 stars. I would have given them 5 stars, if they had been honest and told me from the beginning that it would take 1 month to receive the order. Because for how good they look, I would have had no problem to wait.

Delivery time is terrible. I get the “sustainable” we only print what we need approach but why advertise 5 day when it’s closer to 25?
It seems everyone gets the emails saying there is some supply chain, delivery issues etc. Why not just be honest and say yeah it’s three week creation and delivery and save all the frustration for your customers.
I won’t use again, because I simply don’t trust you. Still waiting for T-shirts I ordered 2 weeks ago to even be dispatched.

They promise 5 day deliveries. Imagine my surprise when, after 2 weeks, I receive an email blaming a supply chain issue AND a limit on how much the courier will take from them at any given time. Theyre estimating another 3 weeks. What BS. I notice their social media ads also have comments restricted so that they dont have thousands of people all reporting the same thing. The 5 day thing is just a lie.

It’s a mixed bag. I like the design and the shirt is as advertised, and well made. The material might be a little lighter than their competitors, but that’s not a deal breaker. The design is spot on, but more on that later.

Unfortunately there are a couple of red flags based on information on their website. The first is claiming to have a fulfilment centre in the UK. Imagine my surprise, as a UK resident, to find my package shipped from America and not the UK. It calls your Green credentials into question.

The second is regarding fulfilment times. From ordering to delivery took just over a month. I could live with this, but the website gives the impression that orders can be completed much more quickly.
A little transparency would go a long way.

The final is with the design on the shirt - despite the claim of DTG printing, this has the plasticky feeling of a ironed-on print, which makes me worry about the longevity after repeated washing/drying cycles.

Overall I don’t regret buying from here, but I’d be wary about doing so again (a shame because I’ve seen about half a dozen shirts I’d happily wear).

T Shirts are good quality and the prints are fantastic . Size are same as UK . Delivery will take a while as they are coming from abroad and shipping is cheaper. It might take a while but don't worry it will arrive

Good quality clothing with great designs and fits - the t-shirts especially. Be warned - orders take a long time to fulfil - but Jumble were helpful and responsive to queries and made sure I was happy with my order.

Extremely poor customer service it seems everybody is to blame apart from Jumble print design, please see response after I requested a refund because my items had still not been delivered after two weeks of waiting
“This is the address that was used for both your original and replacement shipments. The parcel is currently being held by Evri, awaiting updated address information to complete delivery. You should have received a notification from them with a link to resolve this directly.

As your order was correctly fulfilled and dispatched twice, and the delay is due to address issues outside our control, we will not be issuing a refund. At this stage, the responsibility lies with you to update the delivery details with Evri.”
The ironic thing was the parcel was delivered shortly after this email with no notification or change to the delivery address that I had given in the beginning.
My main concern was they refused to give me a refund when requested and expect me to wait an additional week, making that three weeks to deliver a T-shirt
