Probably a scam.

I ordered from them over a week ago.. No tracking number, they don't get back to me.. I have received nothing..

I hate scammers.. I just wanted a phone screen dam

Even as a first time buyer on Jumocart.com there were no hassles in getting the purchase done! Excellent and well designed process!

Placing my order first the first time was simple and fast. I only gave a 4 star rating because after placing my order I get a notification that they received my order but without any order confirmation reference number. So, why does one track your order with no reference? I am now a bit concerned because the payment went off my credit card?

The online stores have everything you need for gadgets or accessories I did struggle in the beginning with the signing in but not too bad. I find everything I need for all my cell phone devices for the family with a huge selection and great prices to go with the superb content. Would recommend this site to anybody looking to protect their phones with covers and screen protectors.

Probably the worst customer experience I've ever come across. Their website was ambiguous and misleading (probably intentionally so) and I ordered the wrong product so simply asked to credit or exchange as the picture on their site was not clear. They refused to acknowledge my request and eventually ignored me. I decided to go see them in person but their head office listed on their website DOES NOT EXIST. They should be shut down.

One of the best sites to do shopping,no hassle and fast

This is a new site introduced by my grandson for his Christmas wish list.
It was quick and easy to use.
I will use it more in future.

Experience was great, easy to find the product. Just wish there were more reviews on the products.
Will definitely be ordering from here again should the product arrive swiftly.

Your filtering is terrible. If I specify what I am looking for it gives so much other stuff and defining the search does not work, so I had to go through hundreds of things. It's very annoying.

I ordered a phone, P30Pro. Received it but the LCD does not work. I've tried contacting you guys- there is no response via email????

urgently advise as Im sitting with a phone that's not working???

I initially had a great experience navigating the website, finding my desired products and making a payment.

Since then I have been waiting with no avail. I have placed my order on 30 November, today is 11 December and I still do not have a tracking number. I have send an email enquiring, and received and automated response that they will get back to me in 2-3 working days.

It would have been faster for me to go and collect it myself. Not happy with the delivery and lack of communication

According to one customer they don't exist at this address.

I ordered a dress from Jumocart for an occasion and never received it. I ended up buying another one. The address that they are showing on Google is is not legit. There's no tracking number, they don't respond to emails and they don't have contact numbers. They are just a scam. I have opened a case against them and I have informed my bank's forensic department about them.

The site is very user friendly and it was very easy to use.

This company is a fraud, plain scammers and they do not respond to any form of communication. Placed and paid for the order on the 25.10.2020, there’s is no communication whatsoever, they do not have no contact details, they don’t reply to enquiries logged on their website, don’t become a victim. Stay away from this company.
