Best service that I have ever used
Best service that I have ever used. Quick, professional and high quality service. I used over 30 companies and that’s the best one ever. Definitely will use only them from now. I called them at 9:00pm and next day at 8:30am my waste was collected by 2 very well looking and friendly guys. Amazing job. Thank you

Have used Junk care twice now and I think the service is extremely cheap on the market and they also provide an excellent service on time and efficiently.
Have found them to be friendly and courteous but wouldn't hesitate for repeat service.

JunkCare A VERY FRIENDLY, HELPFUL , AND HARD WORKING RUBBISH REMOVAL COMPANY
I like using JunkCare as they are very reliable, they always arrive on time and give you a fair quote. I have used them a number of times and have helped me remove unwanted items . They arrive in clean uniforms and are so very kind too . I would use them again as no amount of rubbish to clear from your home is too much work for them and they are a friendly and polite team . Best of the best. I requested a quote online and 4 min later I received an email from Milena. Everything very well explained and on the best price. Few minutes later I received confirmation email with my booking. Surprise was that 10min later I received a text message that the team is on the way. Very friendly, helpful and highly professional guys removed all the waste within few minutes and left the place clean. I will not look any further for another junk removal company as recently I had very bad experience with 2 others. This guys are really professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend them!

Items left when promised they would be removed - eg garden items and washing machine which we still had to pay to have removed after new owners entered property

We can see that you are leaving a feedback over 1 month after the service. We wish kindly to remind you that our team was supervised by your neighbours and they checked with our collection team everything before they leave the property. Also we forwarded to you pictures after the completion of the service and you clearly agreed that everything has been removed correctly.
If you wish we can forward you the pictures again.
As you are not living in property we suggest to double check with your neighbours if someone didn't left you some items in the garden when our team left. As we have all pictures before and after the collection on our records.
As per your instructions you wanted the white goods to remain, all the furnitures and garden tables, chairs and bbq to be removed.
For the full property clearance you had only 2 van loads collection, we don't double charge you, you agreed to have 2 van load and we charged you for 2 loads.
If there is anything that you suggest that is not being taken you can always contact us to correct the mistake if there is any.
Please email us with the pictures of not collected items to contact@junkcare.uk and we will assist you accordingly.

Extremely impressed
Extremely impressed with their service, they came on time and just cleared everything with a ‘no problem’ attitude. Very friendly people and left the place looking clean and tidy. Couldn’t recommend them enough.
