If I could give them zero stars I will
If I could give them zero stars I will. RUN from this company and try another company as they are dishonest and deceitful. I paid a sworn translation and have not received in since nearly 3 weeks. I email and start a dispute with my bank they email me five days later saying that they will email it to me the next day.
I am NOT even sure that this person is a sworn translator and now I have to pay for an additional translation from somewhere else whose name actually pops up on the registry as THIS one (the person who they had translate it) DOES NOT!
RUN from this company!
EDIT: they are telling you. They fulfilled the order they’re lying. I ordered it two weeks past nothing. I emailed asking for a refund. They then told me that they lost it in their spam folder. Again, don’t trust these people. I settled it with my bank because it was two weeks without a response, where they refuse to refund me my money until I started the dispute. I have email evidence of this.
EDIT: they are continuing to say that they sent documents to me. I NEVER recieved them! I’m ready to report this fraudulenta company to the authorites in Spain for obvious lying! I have all the evidence i need!

Dear client, in order to clarify the situation for all readers, following your complaint, the processing of your request took longer than expected due to exceptional technical reasons. Throughout this period, we remained transparent and kept you informed about the delay.
Once the documents were ready, they were sent to you, and we have proof of delivery. However, a refund was requested and a bank dispute was initiated shortly thereafter. As a result, we were unable to process the refund directly from our side and had to wait until the bank dispute was resolved.
In the end, the situation was fully resolved: you received your translated documents and the full refund was issued due to the exceptional delay.
We sincerely apologize for this experience and would like to reassure all our clients that such situations remain extremely rare. We are continuously improving our processes to ensure timely delivery.

Han sido super rapidos y profesionales
Han sido super rapidos y profesionales. Pedí presupuesto, a las 24h me contestaron: te mandan un link para hacer el pago y, de nuevo, a las 24h de pagar tenía todos los documentos traducidos en PDF.
Todo muy sencillo rápido. El precio depende de qué documentos quieras traducir y la cantidad de páginas pero es más o menos como todos. Ni más alto ni más bajo pero si los más rápidos sin duda.
