Clever marketing for what is just the basic controlled crying or cry it out sleep training plus some very basic guidance on routine etc. Not very pro-breastfeeding or pro-listening to your individual baby - didn't work for us and just caused a lot of stress and trauma for all, very sadly including our baby.

Rosie’s help and advice has been invaluable with my first child and then with my twins born after. I’ve used both the 6-9 and 10-18 month courses and they’ve been excellent. When I’ve messaged Rosie on instagram she’s been kind enough to reply to little niggly questions just to ease my worries ☺️

All I can say is - wow. I cannot believe how fast this has worked. I was having a nightmare with my 7 month olds sleep. I had removed the dummy cold turkey at 6 months but then created a strong feed to sleep association. Multiple night wakings, short naps. If the transfer into the cot failed from feeding to sleep, it was traumatic - for both of us. I decided to try the 6-9 month online sleep course before going for the one-on-one consultation. I implemented the plan, it was a hard 3-4 days of traumatic nap times and bedtimes with crying but I felt okay doing it because I was doing the in-room settling method so I was always next to him and he was never left on his own to cry. Obviously heartbreaking hearing your baby cry but fast forward to now, a week on, and my baby puts himself to sleep on his own, no tears, no fussing. I lay him down, say goodnight, turn off the light and he calmly rolls over to sleep. We’re still working on lengthening his naps but I feel this will come in time. I can now at least settle him if he wakes after one sleep cycle during his long nap. This course has been a total godsend and I would recommend it to anyone. It was quick to do, easy to follow. The method is simple and achievable. Thank you so much for saving us.

We have used the 0-18 month sleep courses with great success. I’m always recommending products to new parents (when asked). Most recently we used We used your dummy guide and finally ditched the dummy last weekend. My little one is 28 months. We took him to build a bear and put his dummy inside a Teddy and explained to him he could cuddle the Teddy when he wanted his dummy. One night of disturbed sleep (settled with a quick cuddle) and the next night he took a little longer to go to sleep but slept through. If anyone is worried about ditching the dummy, don’t be. Just go for it! X

We were really struggling with our 11 months olds sleep since he was 4.5 months old. We decided to start with the 6-9 month course which worked amazing for day time but we still couldn’t crack bedtime so decided to get a 1:1 consultation with the WhatsApp support to see what exactly was wrong and to get our son sleeping in his own cot at night. The first week was really hard as we were co-sleeping so it was a big change for our little boy with lots of tears and night wakes we are now two week in and he can now go in his cot awake to sleep with or with me by his side and with less night wakes! We still have some work to do to get him to fully self settle but we now have our evenings back and we know he will sleep for longer stretches in his cot. Worth every penny and highly recommend Katie - she was so patient and helpful!

I have used all of the free available advice in blogs & Instagram for by two babies sleep. I have a 2.5 year old and 8 month old, both have slept through the night since 4 months old.

We also used the potty training guide on our 2.5 year old and he nailed it in 3 days. He used the big toilet as he wanted privacy, we repeated the phrases, offered loads of positive praise and reinforcement, and kept all frustration and anxiety internally.

Purchased 0-5 sleep course and would highly recommend as I had remarkable improvement from day 1!

I bought the potty training course after successfully using one of Just Chill Baby Sleeps other courses. Although this was my second child I did feel apprehensive about potty training. The potty training course gave me the confidence and structure I needed to support my child in her potty training journey. I made sure we had a few days of being at home rather than scheduling activities. My child was potty trained in 2 days and was confident in using the toilet. When she returned to nursery on the 3rd day of potty training she continued her journey with no nappy. An excellent course with structure.

I did the sleep course when I was pregnant with our first baby. It was worth the money in my opinion, it set us up with some solid routines and what to expect! Our baby has been a wonderful sleeper since we put into practice the tips from day 1.

I’ve used two sleep courses for my daughter and the potty training course and couldn’t recommend them enough!
All courses are set out so simple and explain everything step by step. The 6-9 month sleep course was the first I purchased and gave me the confidence to tackle my daughter’s sleep alone while my husband was still working away. Everything changed within about 2-3 nights, it was amazing! I felt so strongly after that course that I purchased the next sleep one (10-18 months) when I felt I needed the extra support.
Last month I purchased the Guide to Potty Training. I had no confidence before, was really not ready myself even though I knew my daughter was showing all the signs of being “ready”. I flew through the course in one day and instantly felt so much better. It gave clear guidance and made me feel empowered enough to get started. My daughter absolutely smashed it within the first week and has been doing amazing since!
I’ve just purchased the 0-5 months and second time parents courses as we have our second baby due at the end of the year and couldn’t think of anywhere better to seek advice!

I bought the potty training guide with the 50% discount but honestly it was worth the full price. After months of putting off potty training because of pregnancy then a new baby I knew I had to bite the bullet and get it done. The guide gave me all the confidence and information I needed to do it properly without upsetting my little boy. Within 6 days he was using the potty himself and doing it happily.

We purchased the potty training course for our 2yo. We had no idea where to start but this course breaks it down into simple steps that really help you every step of the way. It has given us the confidence to support our daughter through this. Day one and she has been on her potty twice with zero accidents. Worth every penny.

Best sleep advice out there! Our 12 month old started sleeping through the night as soon as she turned 1 which is amazing but bedtime was extremely stressful and taking over an hour sometimes. I bought the 0-5 months course before our little one was born and it was a life saver for navigating the newborn phase as a first time mum 🙌🏼. Fast forward to now and I decided to buy the 10-18 months course after having spent 1.5hrs doing bedtime 🤯. We’ve followed the suggested schedule and there were absolutely zero tears at bedtime and she just rolled over and went to sleep straight away!!! No protest at all. We cannot believe it, we are so grateful to have our evenings back. Would highly recommend if you’re considering purchasing a course!

Needed to transition from co-sleeping to my little one sleeping in her own cot at 11 months old. Purchased this course (not holding out much hope as she depended on me to sleep and breastfeed from during the night) but it was worth every penny! Within a few nights we had no tears and she has got herself off to sleep independently ever since! If you’re in any doubt, you don’t need to be. I recommend this course to all my friends that have sleep issues with their little ones.

My son was 13 months old when I finally committed to the sleep course - I had tried before but wasn’t consistent. On my return to work I decided the hourly wakes couldn’t continue so I told myself a few days of me being tired and him being upset would be worth it.
Within a week he was sleeping through the night and no longer waking to nurse back to sleep.

It’s been 2 weeks and I put him in his cot, he lies down before I’ve even left the room and turned the light off.

I didn’t believe these courses would work as I’d tried and given up a few times before but if you put in the work, your baby will sleep. Only one night of real tears for us, after that he was just shouting for me and it wasn’t for as long as I’d expected. I can 100% say I’m a better mum now I’m getting some solid sleep.

My little one has been a terrible sleeper from about 4 months (woohoo regression!)

I had all your courses from 0-18 months but never had the confidence to put them in place. We were co sleeping but in the last month I’ve been up for two hours between 3-5 most nights as he wouldn’t go back down and naps would have to be on top of me so I haven’t had a moment to myself in months! 😩

We started your routine this week and method on Thursday night and today (Sunday) he went down for his nap and to bed with no crying and put himself to sleep. He has also slept 7-7 from Thursday which we couldn’t quite believe.

I feel like I’m getting a bit of myself back as i finally have slept and had some time to myself during the day.

I brought your 6-9 course back in 2021 for my firstborn, and it saved my life as we got full night sleep and a proper routine, especially as i was going back to work. Roll on 2024 with my second baby, i implemented what i learnt from the course back in 2021 (i did refresh my memory) and from your free blogs and videos and it was much more smooth this time as i think i knew what i was doing this time round from the start with confidence and implemented everything gradually. Now at 10 months, she sleeps in the same room with her big brother from 7pm to 6am and naps solid 3 hours a day in her crib. I highly suggest any parents or expecting parents to do the course and be consistent with it as it will be worth it in the long run. You get your evenings back and most importantly you get good sleep and rest to tackle the day.

Though I haven't done the baby courses, I've read your book and your free resourses and our 3.5 month old settles to sleep so easily through using the advice and guidance given. He's currently up a lot in the night due to illness but pre this he was giving us 7/8hour stretches, we are hopeful we will get those back. Its great that he still falls asleep independently even when he isn't 100%.

We did do the 1-4 year old course with our 3 year old as he had split nights. He now does 8pm-7.30/8am. We do get the odd split nights but we now have the confidence to get things back on track.

I would reccomend the course, the book and free resources.
