Just Clear® Reviews

Spencer and his colleague were punctual, efficient and wasted no time.Great service. Many thanks.

On time, reliable and very professional. Did great work and cleared out all the clutter very quickly.

From start to finish, Ian and his team have been brilliant. Very professional, efficient and responsive.
My father-in-law had recently passed and we were selling the house in Luton.
Unfortunately, the sale fell through and we had to postpone the original appointment with Just Clear.
Ian completely understood and allowed us to rebook at our convenience.
They offer a service to take goods to auction and as they were removing items from the house, identified other treasures which we had overlooked that they felt might be worth auctioning.

It was a 2.5 day job to clear a 4 bed house, garage and sheds and was reasonably priced. Certainly easier than doing it ourselves with a skip.
We can't thank Ian and his team enough for their flexibility and understanding.
We would highly recommend their services.

Very good service today to clear out and family home on time worked none stop thank you Jack,Kenny &Enron. 100% Battersea SW11 London

Lisa at the Nottingham office was fantastic she was very helpful and I was impressed with how professional all the staff were.
The boys who picked up our bed divan and mattresses were very careful on getting downstairs especially as it was another extremely hot August 2006 day. Thank-you all so much

Very good communication and quick service. The waste was collected within 7 days of request.

Right from the start, my experience with all the Just Clear team was exceptional.
With Lisa at the Head Office, taking the details of the job, creating the job quote, arranging the job with the team and handling any of my questions, she was always very helpful and was excellent in the service provided to me.
Frankie and the Ipswich team were faced with a very challenging house clearance which they dealt with expertly and efficiently. I was so pleased with the result that it was a day I never thought would happen with the house now cleared, all thanks to the excellent work of Frankie and the Ipswich team. A great team overall, professional, no fuss and great communicators. I would definitely use Just Clear again, if I have any future clearances.

I cannot rate George, Alina, and their team at the NW London branch highly enough. We instructed them to deal with a probate property that had been sitting empty for five years.

The team were thorough yet efficient in locating valuables and important paperwork. They demonstrated complete professionalism throughout, and we hope to work with them again in the future.

Arnie was amazing! Really helpful, quick and efficient. Would highly recommend

Excellent service by Arnie and colleague. Fast communication, quick turnover, friendly and efficient. Would recommend and would use again.

Dealing with Just Clear was an easy process from start to finish. I made the booking by phone and spoke to Lisa who was very helpful, quickly gave me a price and got it all booked in. The actually collection went smoothly and the two collection men were extremely polite and careful.

An amazing company! Excellent and clear communication throughout and the technicians on the day were wonderful, really friendly and did SUCH a good job clearing our house. I was anxious about this but I really shouldn’t have worried! I would recommend them to anyone, also at a very fair price. Thank you so much

Very welcoming response to my initial enquiry and a genuine determination to help with clearing furniture from a storage unit. Meeting David and his colleague was also a good experience. Nothing was too much trouble. I am very pleased with the service that I received and would thoroughly recommend this company.

We required a “Flat Clearance”, elderly relative going into permanent care.
We contacted ADAM at the Harrow Branch, and booked a date and time.
Turned up on time, cleared the flat, everything removed, a good price.
A really positive experience.Thanks Adam.

Great service! We were in the market for a clearance of various bits of leftover rubbish and materials from several refurb and redecoration jobs around our house that had managed to fill our shed from floor to roof. We also wanted a sustainable service that doesn't just take everything to landfill, but tries to reuse and recycle. After witnessing Ian and his team work wonders with the house and garden of our hoarder next door, we mentioned this to them in a friendly chat and they assured us that our clearance wouldn't be a problem. As soon as we were ready, we contacted Ian with photos of our items, got a quote we liked the same day, and they came to clear 2 days later. Ian and his team then worked hard, steadily and carefully to remove everything. Reliable, trustworthy and professional throughout with clear communication.

I was recommended this company to assist me with clearing out some items from my family home after my parents sadly passed. It’s a very emotional time and Leanne in the office and Kenny in the field team were both so understanding and supportive. I have no hesitation in highly recommending this wonderful company.

They kept us up to date on the timings. We had 3 sofas and an armchair we wanted collected. Both the guys who came were charming and cheerful and do a great job.

I was managing a project in Ealing and at the last minute I was let down by the waste company I have previously used. We contacted Just Clear and spoke with Brendon the CEO. Within hours a manager visited the site to scope the works. The following day we had 3 vehicles turn up on time with the labour team to complete the works. It was a challenging project 3 floors and no lifts but the teams worked well together and completed it within the day. Every person from the CEO to the drivers was professional and great attitudes. I would recommend Just Clear to anyone and will defiantly be working with them again in the future.

Superb service from start to finish. I needed a whole house cleared, having sadly lost my Mum. Everyone was so professional and sympathetic throughout, making a difficult job as simple and stress-free as possible. I wasn’t expecting the carpets to be vacuumed and the garage swept out: a much appreciated extra. They also transferred several pieces of furniture to my home for less than the cost of hiring a van. The team went over and above what I expected. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Brilliant service from start to finish. They handled clearing my late mother’s house with sensitivity and compassion and went above and beyond what was expected from the original quote with no increase in the fee. Just Clear’s partnership with several charities also means stuff is recycled wherever possible and dealt with in an ethical way. I would give a six star rating where it possible. The fee also came in below their competitors by some margin.
