I had a clearance pickup that needed collecting with minimum delay due to the hot weather. Leanne was diligent and timely in organising everything, Elliot and Jed came in their van, and the whole job was completed before lunch. Excellent service all round.

Great service, cleared everything out that was needed to go. Despite the heat, they worked through tirelessly and had a great mood throughout. Interaction between them and staff was great too, brilliant pair!

Without doubt a very professional company. David and his assistant arrived on time and dived straight into the removals. They were on the ball from the onset...they knew exactly what had to be done, no fuss. Both very amicable, jolly and experienced. Even the toughest job of removing old wall mounted kitchen cabinets were removed with aplomb. The flat was properly cleaned at the end...it look better than before. Would certainly recommend them to my friends. Well done to you both.

Jedah and Castos were professional, easy to work with and had a fantastic attitude even though we had a few heavy items we needed to be removed. (it was also pouring down with rain during the morning)

I live in the US and had to organize a clearance of my Mums flat from there. Lisa and Leanne were fabulous working around my circumstances, and made it really easy to organize. Great customer service.
George and his work partner cleared the flat today, and they were so efficient, helpful and kind.
This was the second time I’ve used JustClear in the last couple of years - they made something that seemed very overwhelming really easy for me. I absolutely recommend this company - a positive experience from start to finish.

Awesome experience. The team came, stuff to clear was all over the place and in no time at all it was swept up and gone. Easy peasy!

Elliot and Jed arrived bright and early this morning, after calling me to let me know they were 5 minutes away. They were professional, polite and personable. They cleared my flat of all the rubbish very quickly and it now feels so much bigger. I would definitely use just clear again. After they left, I had a call from another Just Clear van saying they were on their way. I explained everything had been collected and they went to another job. Very impressive service. David was so professional and friendly. From start to finish from first contact to furniture clearance, everything was effortless. They cleared the house with no fuss and bother and were careful not to damage any walls etc and moved a large sofa out of quite a small opening. Very impressed and would highly recommend them. We used Just Clear in Bristol to clear my late sisters flat in Bath. They were well priced but I wasn’t too sure what kind of service to expect or what type of guys would turn up. Not only were Jed and Elliott really lovely to work with as they were very thoughtful, considerate and kind but they did the most thorough job I could ever imagine! I left them with the keys and they reassured me that they’d be on the job the following week. The photos of the empty flat blew me away! My late sister was a hoarder and the place was in such a state and full of rubbish and by the time they’d finished the flat looked so lovely.

Great service from the whole team. Easy to send an enquiry through the website, quick response and quote, booked in swiftly. Sam and Arnie were assigned the task and they made it simple and stress free; polite, friendly and nothing seemed too much trouble when dismantling and taking things away. Highly recommend this firm and their service.

It is such a worry to find the right people to do clearance work but I did my homework and it paid off. So I am now writing my own review about just clear based in New Malden Surrey. They emptied, dismantled and removed 2 large sheds and left the garden site totally as I wanted it.
The phone and email booking with Lisa was 100% quick and efficient. The job was booked easily on a date of my choosing.
Then from the moment Jack and his team (Sam and later Jamal) arrived in the morning I was so impressed and relieved. Jack was so engaging and helpful answering any questions I had. They worked so hard and on a full day in very hot weather too.
I can just say thank you. I highly recommend them and would use the service again.
