Just Clear® Reviews

We've used Just Clear for a series of repeat visits as we gradually cleared a very old and cluttered house.Jed and Elliot are unfailingly hard working, polite and friendly. We are pleased to provide a 5 star rating and recommend them.

This is a great service - easy to use and efficient. Arnie, who collected my items, was helpful and pleasant.

v easy to deal with, completed the job with minimal mess and to a v high standard. Have used a couple of times and will do again!

Proffional company and Lisa went out of her way to help and make sure it all went smoothly and kept in contact, she was great. Crew arrived and took items and left area all clean.

The house clearance was efficiently organised by Brendan in the office and was then handled very professionally , helpfully and politely by Frankie and his team at the house . Nothing seemed too much trouble for them and whole operation was handled quickly and without mess all for a very competitive price . Would certainly recommend .

Just Clear were excellent. On time, fast and thorough. Staff were brilliant - friendly and professional, and costs very reasonable. I’d recommend.

Adam and his colleague were excellent. Really nice people, friendly, compassionate and hard working. I’m so grateful to them for how they helped me. I’ve already recommended the company to other people.
Definitely a five star service

Easy to book and service was just as easy to get done. All completed with a smile by Frankie. Not a single complaint!!

Thank you, Lisa, for your help and efficiency in arranging a clearance from my property - Great communication and an excellent service! I really appreciated it.

I can see why this company has 5 star reviews as they never stopped from the moment they arrived till the job was done to my satisfaction.

Ian from the Oxfordshire branch, and his assistant Ash, were absolutely amazing. From first booking, to the completion of the job, I couldn’t fault them. And I’m still overwhelmed by the fact that when they heard that my Dad’s watch was missing (he died a year ago, and my nephew desperately wanted to have his watch as a keepsake), Ian went through every item of clothing and found it in a balled up pair of socks.

It was a difficult day seeing my Dad’s place being cleared out, but the kindness, efficiency and professionalism of Ian and Ash were outstanding.

Extremely professional, Adam and his colleague arrived early yesterday and worked very hard. Cleared out alot of unwanted items and debris from our back garden, both my wife and I were shocked at how much work they did and how quickly they finished. Outstanding customer service from both gentlemen. I will 100% use this company again. Money well spent!!!

Bom d mais ajuda bastante

Incredibly efficient and a pleasure to deal with. Got quote from Brendan within minutes. Came round the same day, Pedro and Zack were charming. Cleaned up too! I was a bit apprehensive about bank transfer in advance, but all fine!

Very quick respond on query.

JustClear came straight back to me on the Monday after I left a message over the weekend, took all the details quickly and efficiently and after I sent some pictures arranged an immediate quote and fitted me in the next day. Adam and a colleague cleared a very large number of dismantled removals boxes, some quite substantial, quickly and easily, which has been a godsend for me as I was barricaded in by them! I shall be using them again for clearing the final boxes when ready but am so grateful for this superb service.

Always rapid in communication and service. Have used twice for garage clear items. Would use again.

Very quick and clear communication, very fair pricing, and did a brilliant job! The guys who showed up were so lovely and friendly; I would definitely recommend and happily stick with them for all the clearing jobs on my list!

Very helpful and flexible! Excellent support.

Straight forward to arrange and coordinate on the day.
Thanks David 👍
