I have been playing on this platform for a while I think it's a great idea to help people make money but there's a problem customer service is nowhere to be found I have emailed these people for lost rewards I'm not getting the gems I have earned in some games I have also been spending money as well and I'm not receiving what I'm paying for to get It's illegal but if the developers of cash giraffe want to give me free money from a lawsuit with their own stupidity it will be on them I have tried to be nice I have tried everything but to no avail these people will not say anything to me I will update everybody on the lawsuit

6.16.26. I have been trying to collect points due me since the end of April. I have submitted 4 requests for resolution and I keep getting the same response: we have not been able to review’. This has been going on SINCE THE END OF APRIL. and no one has been able to review? This is totally unacceptable.
In good faith I continued playing this game and now have not received points for 2 completed tasks.
All I get is ‘if not resolved, submit a new request’. How many requests do I have to submit? I’ve already put in 4 requests.

The app was working just fine until my account got FLAGGED once that happens you will not be able to get gems or payouts claiming that the system they have claims "suspicious activity" in which I sent an email but the zendesk is an AI response so it's not guaranteed then I emailed the company and still no response I will be upset if they don't give me my rewards due to their faulty system

The sheer simplicity and over the long-term and/or when device swapping and the absolute reliability of the platform, which is playtime rewards (or it looks very much like playtime rewards) I believe. Any app that I've used has always been clear and cut to the chase, yes points differ based on a lot of things, but the points you are promised are the ones you get and their exchange value for dollar bills is as clean cut and direct as a walk to the park. This company seemed ambiguous for the longest time before I reallized not one of their apps has actually let me down ever in comparison to many other apps that seemed promising at a start only to fold
Unresolved Tracking Failure — In-App Support Bot Is Broken
I have completed all required gameplay milestones, tasks, and submission metrics as designated by the platform to earn the reward for mahjong solitaire (completion of level 100) and water sort puzzle (level 35). I have opened tickets, followed up on these tickets, submitted screenshots, reopened tickets during their opening hours. Just dice bot is simply the worst terrible, deaigned to never resolve any issues.

Refusing to pay what is owed, total is around £10. They claimed some sort of technical problem and now refuse to respond to messages.

As per usual once actual substantive payouts are supposed to happen your system stops tracking. I checked online and found at least 5O reviews of other players complaining of the same issue. So it is done on purpose and fraudulent.

Let me remind you that many apps that have been known to scam players are now starting to be investigated and removed from the Google play store. The mosf recent being Freecash which has been removed from the play store after players had enough of them scamming and not paying out. And its when users ger fed up of not getting their deserved payouts when this happens. STOP SCAMMING USERS AND GIVE THEM THEIR MONEY.

90k Coins Blocked—Deliberate Payout Wall & Ghosted Support
I have been using this app since 2023, but the second I reached 90,000 coins, the company hit me with a "Secret Wall."
Three weeks ago, everything was fine. I could log in, play new games, and watch the points clock into the engine. But the moment I tried to cash out, the app "boomed." I have been locked out ever since. I tried to open the app on a new tablet and an Acer laptop, and it worked perfectly to start a NEW account with zero balance—proving there is no "technical error," just a deliberate block on my high-balance account.
The support is a total ghost town:
None of their official addresses work.
I had to go through hell just to get to a ticket page.
When I finally got an automated email saying "reply if you have more to say," I did. The email didn't bounce back, so it’s going into their system, but they have ignored me for days.
They provide "support" links that are just dead-end loops.
It’s been nearly a month of silence. This is a trash company that skims labor and time from users and then crashes the app when it’s time to pay out. They are likely doing this to thousands of people to avoid paying out large sums.
I don't even want the "experience" anymore. I want my money so I can close this account and leave. You cannot make people wait 3+ weeks with zero response while you hold their earned money. Pay me what is owed and let me close the account.
They sell your data to ad companies!
I hope people really know what they are doing when downloading games from this company. You are basically giving them full access to your phone, while they more or less offer you a free cup of coffee every month. Check every permission they want and ask yourself this: "Why would a gaming app need these permissions"? They don't, they just want to profile you, the people you are with(Bluetooth pinging), and then sell your entire profile to companies that make targeted ads towards you.
