All uPVC profiles, doors slabs and UPVC panels supplied by the company (Just Doors UK), carry a comprehensive guarantee from the date of delivery provided that the goods have been paid for as per the contract. In the unlikely event that a problem develops during the warranty period, Just Doors UK will simply replace the faulty item. We will do our best to match any previous items supplied, but due to availability of materials this may not always be possible.
The performance and quality of all uPVC profiles, door slabs* and gaskets are guaranteed for 10 years, sealed units 5 years and hardware and locks 1 year, from the date of delivery allowing for fair wear and tear.
* Excludes Oak and Darkwood coloured slabs - 5 year warranty to hand-applied stained colours.

Great Customer Care
Ordered a fire door from Just Doors UK and honestly couldn’t fault the overall experience. Delivery was smooth and well organised, and the door itself arrived in perfect condition, exactly as described and clearly good quality.
Communication throughout was excellent — any questions I had were answered quickly, and their customer service really knew their stuff. I did have a small issue with the fit pack not including quite enough screws for a fully compliant install, but this was resolved quickly with expert support from their team.
Overall, great product backed up by responsive and knowledgeable customer service. Would definitely use them again.
