Well, where to start with this company! Couldn’t skip a month via portal a few months ago. Downloaded the app, managed one month to skip the month. Skipping the month is from 1st to the 5th of month. Went to skip on the 5th, couldn’t skip. Went to order, couldn’t order! Cancelled the subscription via their app, didn’t cancel and took £35 out of my bank account. Have tried to online chat, 3 times in 2 days, no reply. Went to order to use up my credits, nothing there in my sizes to order. What a shambles of a company. Would not recommend to my enemy, never mind my friends and family. For a company which had decent products and various sizes to nothing. From a company which helped you change email address for your account to nothing. Out of pocket but have now cancelled the PayPal subscription!

Would give 0 if I could I’ve been trying for years to close account as you got to keep skipping the month to not lose £35 out your bank each month. Everytime I email customer service they just keep saying same bs that there give me some credit to spend I’ve emailed 10 times now ANYONE THINKING TO SIGN UP IR BUY PLEASE DONT ITS THE WORST COMPANY 🤬🤬🤬🤬

I also made a one-off purchase of just under £14 via this website, and without my knowledge (no email to confirm), they have been taking £39 out of my account for 6 months!!! I have cancelled the direct debit, but because I technically authorised the payment, I can't claim this back through my bank. I have also reported this business and their nefarious business-practice to Trading Standards!! ADOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

Cancelled my subscription but still money taken out from account

I have been using Just fab so a long time. about 10yrs. the last 2/3years have shown and decline in my opinion. the stock of shoes, bags, jewellery, kids clothes used to be plentiful and now the stock is very limited. the one good thing was returns were easy.
more recently, I purchased 2 pairs of shoes. I wear a UK 7 So I ordered a 7.5 s there sizes sometimes run small. when they arrived, they were US7.5!!! needless to say, they did not fit. (mind u i bought bootsLAST MONTH without any issues with sizing). for a week now, ive been trying to return. I pressed return and nothing. I received an email which I responded to and have yet to get a response. And all this time I cannot return these blasted shoes.
in addition, the Website is hard to find via Google, whats up with that? its a complete snd utter shambles.

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE company. Do NOT sign up. Their range is very poor quality and they take money when you have cancelled. I have tried to resolve with them but now my bank is handling a claim.

Avoid

Unfulfilled orders, every enquiry into the delay is responded to with the message “ Due to nationwide shipping volume, you may experience a delay in receiving your order. Please allow another business day to receive a tracking number “ - a scenario that has been going on for weeks.
Request to have money refunded ignored, request to have account closed ignored. Asked to wait every time I enquire.

Scammers. One day you will get locked up for your scamming tactics. Its blatant fraud. Cancel means cancel not take more money next month. Ignoring email will not help.

Scam company - do not use.
They sign you up to a subscription service - when you try and cancel they continue taking money from your bank. When you contact them they assure you the will action your request to cancel and then take more money the next month. DO NOT USE

Just fab is taking money even direct debit has been cancelled few months ago.Very sad, how is possible company is using our accounts without our permission!!!

Big scammmm ! I have been debited 40 euros from my bank account without my consent....

I've been a subscriber for a long time but probably only ordered from them a handful of times. Shoes are good quality, but sizing is US sizes. I have been trying to cancel my membership for about 6 months as it is a hassle having to remember to skip the month each month but my emails are either being ignored or coming back with questions about why I want to cancel when I've already stated why very clearly. I am also finding it difficult to access their website to skip the month and their phone number does not exist, and the chat bot is also useless. This is really stressing me out. How can this company be allowed to continue scamming people? Avoid at all costs.

Never received a delivery numerous emails then communication stopped so called the number stated in the emails. 11 mins on the phone £53!!!!!!!

They are thieves, out snd out to rip customers off. I've been with them for 20 years and since November have spent £159 for gifts for myself and my sisters. No delivery, no decent correspondence and no refund. I just wsnt to know if they are still in business in the UK, actually anywhere in the world?

Do not use this company or trust them with your money, they have taken several months automatically from my card yet when I try to order goods they keep telling me there was an issue with stock but now they’ve fixed it yet 2 months later still no boots no response from their customer service either. Totally ignore you when you complain just palm you off. Cancel your subscription and buy from a reputable company not this bunch of thieves

So I have been charged £39 for the membership. I signed up with them before but I paused it because I couldn't find the button to cancel it at the time and forgot about it. I was expecting they would at least send an email reminder that the membership will be renewed soon BUT NOPE. DIDN'T GET ONE. I was charged £39. Filed a dispute with my bank, they gave me a credit for the amount. But after their investigation, JustFab confirmed that it was a valid transaction so the payment will be taken again soon. So I emailed JustFab and they assured me that I will be refunded. My bank took the £39 on the 25th of December. I waited 3 weeks nearly 4 for the refund but they never did. I kept emailing them back and forth but no response. The stress they put me through is so much and I am still waiting for a response.

Do not recommend.
I waited over six weeks for an order containing Christmas presents, only to be told—after I chased them—that they couldn’t fulfil it due to a “system error.”

When I requested a full refund of my credits, they tried to push a partial refund instead. Once I refused, communication stopped entirely.

Taking payment, failing to deliver, and then going silent is unacceptable. This is a serious operational failure. Save your money.

Absolute sham of a company. Have been a VIP member since 2017 and never had problems before. I ordered two pairs of boots and a jacket in November. None of these arrived. Just said preparing. I used three credits which I asked to be refunded to me and I am also trying to get the other credits they have of mine. They did email me back twice when I said the items had not been received but now ignore all my messages. When I log into my account there are no orders and all my personal details have been removed. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY
