Ordered item 17th November thinking…

Ordered item 17th November thinking plenty of time for Christmas. How wrong. After numerous emails back and forth they offered me a refund if item hadn’t turned up end of last week. Still no item and now they are backtracking regarding a refund. Absolute sham.

Your order was processed within our stated 2–3 business day processing period, and shipping timeframes of 7–14 business days are clearly disclosed at checkout prior to purchase. Seasonal demand and carrier congestion—particularly in the lead-up to Christmas—can result in delivery occurring toward the later end of this window.

Regarding the refund, our team advised that a refund would be considered if the order failed to arrive after the stated delivery timeframe, which remains the governing condition. As of now, the order has not been confirmed as lost by the carrier.

We do not “backtrack” on policies; we apply them consistently and in accordance with the terms accepted at checkout. Misrepresenting a conditional policy as a guarantee is inaccurate.

Our support team remains available to assist once the carrier confirms the final delivery status.

Still no item

Ordered end of November beginning December... still no sign of item on 17/12... tracking with royal mail states they are still waiting for the item. No update from seller

Orders placed at the end of November and early December coincide with peak seasonal volumes, during which Royal Mail tracking updates may be delayed or limited.

A “waiting for item” status does not indicate that an order was not shipped; it reflects a carrier-side scanning delay that is outside the merchant’s control. Your order was processed in line with the stated timeframe.

Throughout this period, our email support team has remained in contact and kept you updated with the information available, including tracking details and delivery expectations. If there has been any misunderstanding, we regret that, but we have continued to respond and assist in good faith.

Orders placed on 30 November fall within a peak seasonal period, during which carrier systems may display delayed or limited status updates.

An “awaiting dispatch” or similar tracking message does not mean an order has not been processed or shipped; it reflects a carrier-side update delay outside of our control.

Poor delivery service

I ordered my product in what i assumed would be plenty of time for a Christmas gift on 29 November. However, while I have some reassuring emails, there has veen very little in terms of shipment movement despite my chasing them. To date, still awaiting some movement since 2 December!
20.12.25 - Updated: still awaiting any update on delivery. While I appreciate there have been correspondance, the tone, in my opinion, was very condescending, starting with calling me 'Hi lovely' and also referring to me as 'sweetheart', despite my clear frustration. As a business, this does nothing for solving situations or appeasing a customer, instead inflaming the issue even more.
