Outstanding Support!
Our new globe arrived and was damaged in transit. JustGlobes was super easy to contact, explain the situation and get a new ball shipped to us in minimal time. Now we have a perfect, beautiful globe and stand adorning our living room. Highly recommend!

Great customer service and product.
Very good experience when speaking with the company prior to purchase, which gave me a lot of confidence that I was dealing with good people and a good, professional company. My order was delivered when promised and was exactly what was described and paid for. Overall, an excellent experience made even better by being able to speak to a person in the company about the product, not a bot, not a person in a call centre or not through email. I got very good genuine customer service, which is very sadly missing in many companies today. Well done and thank you.

The globe itself is great (although the base is a bit 'plasticy' ...but reasonably solid).
