Hiring a skip from this company was easy which we did on line, it was delivered on time and with care, the driver was very polite and put the skip exactly where we wanted. The return was also on time, very quick and easy.

Company refused to collect skip, 6 days over due so far, everyday they have agreed and promised to collect the skip yet no action had been made, avoid at all cost.

An easy online booking portal, followed by a human call to confirm availability. Unfortunately there were no 12yd skips, but just hire offered a workable solution. The skip was ordered, delivered on time and placed in our required place. Collection was made earlier online, all so easy.Customer service was excellent and highly professional. I will definitely use again, highly recommended.

The driver who delivered the skip was brilliant, placed exactly where I wanted it. Put a note on the file with instructions for picking it up. Courtesy email to see if I needed anything. Overall the best experience yet.

Friendly and accommodating from the outset, communication was clear and any questions I had where answered quickly and clearly. Skip was delivered a day early which was nice and throughout the time I had the skip there was regular communication to ensure my needs where being met. Pick up went smoothly and I’d definitely use them again should I need a skip in future and would be happy to recommend them to others.

Good service

I had never heard of this company before and found it through Google, looking for the company I usually use for skips. I was in a rush, this one came up, I took a chance. I ordered and paid online, using their really simple booking tool. They sent me timely emails, to advise on drop-off and pick-up, and an email mid-term asking if I needed to change my order, as if I had wanted to add a chargeable item, I would have needed to have paid for it before collection. No fuss, no hassle, on time and the delivery drivers are skilled and respectful of neighbours vehicles and property. Am more than happy to recommend.

The skip was delivered on the date agreed, and collection on the date I originally agreed, but the small print gives them 2 weeks to collect , which is not ideal when you don’t have a drive or you’ve asked for a permit

Skip booked via the website - all good - until a few days before start of booking and advised they could not supply. Eventually delivered one week later than original booking. Website states early pick up can be arranged. They offered one day early and then changed it to original pick up date. Not surprised they cannot supply skips on time if they leave them with customers for - in this case a week - after we had it fully loaded. In fact a last minute email told me it would be collected up to 14 days after the booked date. This was going to hold up the next part of the job. At every stage I had to be proactive. No confidence that they would do what they said as per bookings. I would not use this company again.

Dropped it off by 7:30am and picked it up by 7:30am. No issues! Great service! Emails did go into junk so could be missed.

What a rip off.
I hired a skip through this company - that was a big mistake. It cost me £348. If I had booked direct with Mike Hogan it would have cost me £252.
With Just Hire I was allowed the skip for 11days, and would have to pay £50 for any extra week!
If I had gone direct I could have had the skip for a month!
MY ADVICE - GO DIRECT TO MIKE HOGAN.
DO NOT USE JUST HIRE.

I booked a skip with this company. Competitive price, delivered on time, positioned as I requested. Collection was great too. Collected on the date agreed. Email communication throughout the rental period was great too. Recommended!!

We decided to use Justhire and pay a bit more for skip hire as everything was arranged for us. We selected a day for the skip delivery, waited in all day and it did not arrive. We received no notification that it was delayed. The skip was then delivered the next day and luckily someone was here. Once full, we selected a date for the skip to be collected but on the day of collection received an email from Justhire to say it would be collected the following day or within 7 to 14 days. Very confusing. I emailed Justhire and we got a call from the skip company saying they would collect shortly. So it was collected on the correct day in the end. The cost was about 15 to 20% more than arranging our own skip, which is what we will revert to doing in the future. Unfortunately not the experience we were expecting.
