Simple booking, clear communication from the underlying rental company, and clear communication on time lines and cost by both just hire and the underlying rental company.

Delivery and collection were also simple accommodating

Easy to do and easy collection but expensive and they broke a manhole
cover leaving it exposed when delivering.
Difficulty in contacting the office number i was given to discuss

Second time we have used this company. Ordering and delivery was excellent, very easy to arrange. Everything completed on time as planned. Would definitely recommend, five star service.

When delivering the skip they were very helpful as I wasn't in but made sure all arrangements for skip delivery were made.

One star removed because the skip was ordered for two weeks, and the full skip has not yet been collected. Apparently I’m to contact the company if it hasn’t been collected 10-14 days after the ordered collection date! This is not ideal for those who need the skip out of the way.

Just hire have helped on several occasions now, and always straightforward and helpful when I needed to make a change.

The booking process is very misleading. The description does not match what they actually take. I booked a large plus which they describe as for very large clearances. They do give weights and cubic meters but I have no idea what this really looks like when it come to a garage. So I went on the description and the pictures. It was over £500 and within 90 minutes they’d said they’d reached the space limit they were allowed to take. The garage wasn’t even a third clear.
To be fair to the lads that came, they were polite and respectful and were only doing their job. However it was a real hassle to organise another company to come and do this again.

I recently hired a skip through Just Hire and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish. The website was clear and easy to use, pricing was upfront, and the communication was spot on. My skip was delivered exactly when promised, placed neatly where I wanted it, and collected as agreed once I’d finished. The driver was friendly and professional, and everything was handled efficiently with no fuss at all. Their service is just so reliable and straightforward. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again and highly recommend them to anyone needing a skip. The whole thing was hassle free!
