I was a little disappointed that the price had to be increased after the fitters survey. However the installation team were excellent and the after sales service when solving a network problem with telephony (free of charge) was quick and helpful. All in all very satisfied, we will be using you again.

Be very careful when dealing with Justice. We had a dispute over a charge that we were not made aware would fall outside of our maintenance contract. Despite many attempts to clarify the situation, having been told by the MD that we had been quoted for the work, a copy of that quote could not be provided by the company. When booking an engineer there was no quote, and no mention of an additional charge. The accounts department ignored all requests from us for several months, and then threatened legal action. We had no option but to pay the invoice, but have referred Justice to Trading Standards for investigation.
The domestic alarm system is mediocre by today’s standards, the app is pretty poor and our experience is that their procedures & customer service are both severely lacking. Not a pleasant company to deal with.

Updated following the response received today, 25/7/24:
Response has taken the best part of 6 months to receive, is factually incorrect (we had windows & doors replaced, not a new telephone!) and is not a true reflection of the issues and events.
Trading Standards will be updated accordingly.

Had a new build house and electrician fitted an alarm,
however would not programme it. You wouldn't believe how many local alarm companies refused to help........that until I spoke with Justice Fire and and Security. Extremely helpful and understanding and booked me in for an engineer visit within a week.
Polite and professional, the engineer programmed and fitted components and had me set up in hour. Great service and thank you Justice Fire and Security for helping me out when no one else would. Would definitely recommend this company

I called justice Fire & Security for an alarm system for our house the surveyor came on time went through all what we needed for the house said he would get a quote and get back to us that was over 2 weeks ago given up waiting. Do not bother with these people waste of time all talk no action. steer clear,would have given less star but only go as low as 1 star and thats to good.

So had this service for many years- no issues. Wanted an upgrade but they wanted to charge £££ so decided to get another company. Asked them what the next step was and they asked for an email from us to discontinue their service. We did this and there was a 3 month cancellation time, fair enough.
5 months down the line our old sensors went off. We thought we had left them?? Phoned Justice and they hadn’t disconnected or ‘ down powered’ us. Want to charge us for coming out to do this !!! Asked why this was not part of the process last November and they stated that ‘most people request this’ ???? We were not given this information at the time. I am not an alarm specialist so how would I know. My husband is a doctor and I am a nurse this is the last thing we need at this time. So our old alarm keeps going off !!!!! They still want to charge us a call out!!!
