Cancelling your policy
I sold my van and therefore cancelled my policy.
It still had almost 3 months to run so I asked for a refund.
How much did I get? £0.00
I was told that the admin fee was greater than the refund.
I guess I was lucky they didn’t ask me to pay to cancel the policy. 😀

Helpful advice and well-priced
Buying first campervan which was a conversion and struggling to make sense of things online… Liam was so good at explaining everything, making sure I was covered for everything I needed to be but avoiding some of the extras you fall for on price comparison sites. Excellent customer service. I did go to a competitor and whilst the service was also very good the price was nowhere near. The person I spoke to, to put the policy in place was also very helpful but afraid I can’t remember his name.

It made a good change to actually talk to someone, rather that an AI robot.
Answered my questions and me gave a comparable quote to the 'automated' sites.
Having a VW Beachbuggy I felt more confident talking to a VW specialist.

Friendly, helpful and enjoyable
The person I spoke to was really helpful, upbeat and friendly to deal with. They just made the whole process a nice chat rather than it feeling like a chore. I didn't get his name sadly, but look after people like this, they are invaluable to your business as another company I got a quote from was really boring and hard work.

Friendly insurance company
Great insurance company. And friendly staff to deal with. No call centre hassle to amend or query anything with. Just a shame they charge such a high premium when I have have never claimed on an insurance policy since passing my test in 1993.
