JustOurSong has great customer service. I had a song made for my husband for our upcoming anniversary and a word was mispronounced. I emailed the team, they answered right away, sent me the link to say which word needed to be corrected and they revised the song (another great version), all within a 24 hour period. I had a song made for my husband for our anniversary. I love to give gifts that are unique and this gift is truly unique. I listened to it before I surprised played it for my husband. It was beautiful and made me tear up. When I played it in the car for him it was great watching his face figuring it out. The minute he put it together was priceless. I asked “JustOurSong” to step out of the box and create a song based on the 150th anniversary of our church (not a couple’s anniversary). They hit it out of the park and I can’t wait to share this surprise with our congregation.

This song went above my expectations. When I heard the preview, I cried, I couldn’t wait to hear the rest of the song. I need to wait for the perfect moment to give this to my mom. WOW. I just received the anniversary song you created for my wife out of the rambling words I shared about her. Wow. It brought tears to my eyes. I can't wait for her to hear it. It is professionally produced, and very catchy, but even more amazing, it catches the spirit of what I wanted to share with her, the love I have for her that I can now share in a song. The folks responded quickly with my request for changes to the original version. The song is of very high quality.
They incorporated many of the experiences and special moments.
They also didn’t use my wife’s name until the first chorus so it wasn’t a giveaway.
