This was the easiest process Ive ever done!! I usually have to call my dtr for help but this process was blonde-proof!! The customer service they give is beyond spectacular!! My song turned out excellent!!! I was truly shocked when my em regarding a "date" mistake, that I MADE, was answered within a few hours the same day!! They clearly explained how to correct the date that I typed incorrectly & edited/made a new recording of my song immediately!!! I havent seen customer service this outstanding since the 1980's!! I cant say enough fantastic things about this company!! I've already shared with my dtr and several friends!! This is a fabulous company with a incredibly sweet idea!!! Thank you sooooooo much!!!
