Really impressed with the service from Just Radiators. Delivery exceeded my expectations — it arrived within 24 hours of purchase, in perfect condition. The packaging was minimal but very well designed, and the driver handled everything with care. On top of that, the radiator itself looks fantastic. Highly recommended!

I am giving Dylan, Ellie and the whole customer service team 5*. They are so knowledgeable and have been so helpful on my long journey to buy vintage-style radiators for my new flat.
Originally I was planning to buy from my local plumbing showroom but the prices were huge, and the lower price alternative rads they offered me got awful reviews on Trustpilot, so I decided to look online. It's a bewildering product area for a beginner like me, but I did start to make progress and I liked the designs, colour choices and prices at JustRadiators (plus they get great reviews). I had a lot of questions though and I rang to get help many times. They always answered quickly and were very knowledgeable and friendly. It was a little frustrating that even with an account, you can't put items in your shopping basket and come back to them later (after you've closed your browser) so I would work out my rads repeatedly until I was ready to order. That's now happened and I am excitedly awaiting delivery. I don't think I would ever have got to this point without the brilliant assistance of the Just Rads team. Thank you :)

First order all radiators & valves on time and in good condition.
Second order: Received Radiator in good condition but the valves did not arrive with radiator. Emailed justradiators who confirmed very promptly that the valaves will be with me tomorrow. Good service so a happy customer.

Always very quick and efficient with supplies. Recently on an order of three radiators, we mislaid a set of hanging brackets on our site. A spare set was dispatched the next day, without any charge or quibble, even though it was no fault of Just radiators. That is what I would call, true customer service.

Two of the five radiators developed leaks. To return a rad would mean paying a plumber to remove it, sending it back to the company at my expense and if they replaced it, paying the plumber again to install it. It was cheaper to suck it up and buy a replacement. I’d never buy from this company again.

Great radiator took a bit longer than said to arrive but it was Easter. Love the colour

Had a really great experience with a Special order for two radiators. Had builders in and they wanted to put rads in but delivery was in 7/10 days. Called and spoke to Paige, she was a hero and got my rads delivered in super quick time.

My radiators arrived within a few days after the order. I checked them immediately for any damage, which was recommended and there was none.
There was a tiny issue (manufacturer not Just Radiators) with one of the bleed valves being incorrect. Just Radiators got a replacement sent out from the manufacturer immediately and the correct one arrived a day later.

Sorry it has been a while for the review as we only had it fitted today. Excellent quality product and great value for money. Quick delivery. Spoke to someone at Just Radiators who advised me on what I needed to warm my bathroom. Very knowledgeable giving great advice so I purchased my electric towel rail from them. It knocks spots off the inferior water filled 150 watt useless piece of metal fitted by the bathroom company. Would highly recommend anyone who needs a towel rail have a look here you won't be disappointed. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
