Went above and beyond
Went above and beyond. Booked a car but when I got it home to load a wheelchair into the boot realised I hadn’t booked a big enough car….called just vehicle solutions and they were amazing. Upgraded to other car at no additional cost so we could have our family day out. Collection (both times 😂) and drop off very quick and professional experience. Have no hesitation in recommending this company and will definitely use again.

Customer service puts competitors to shame
Needed vehicle at very short notice, which was provided within 48hrs. Process was very efficient, thorough and transparent. When collecting vehicle, Lee took his time to show me all the functions of the vehicle, allowed me to take my time to fully inspect the vehicle. Amazing customer experience at a great family business, highly recommend

2nd time I’ve used the JVS van hire…
2nd time I’ve used the JVS van hire service. I really can’t say enough about these guys, they are friendly, can’t do enough for you and everything is straightforward with the booking, collection and return.
I definitely won’t go anywhere else to hire a vehicle.

Amazing car and team
So far, a really smooth and happy experience. Rob and the team are so lovely and will do all that they can to make sure you have a stress free experience. I’m still super happy with my car and I’ve had it nearly 2 months now. Can’t fault them at all.
