Car had major part issue within a week
Car had major part issue within a week. Had to email in a week later it was looked at. It took over three weeks to get part. Main dealer had this in for warranty inspection and found that the part they were going to fit would not sort the issue and needed some major work and cost over £4K. I have tried to call and email to discuss this and no repsonse only thst they would only replace one part over three months. Has to sort myself as could no be without car. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE try returning peoples call and repsonding to emails. NEVER AGAIN will i buy from here.

Right place, Right time.
Right place, right time. We went in search of a replacement car following the failure of a gearbox on our old car. Luckily, just what we needed was just becoming available.
The team at JWA were very polite, helpful and good communicators. They helped us explore options and we settled on a good package for peace of mind going forwards.
They expedited the delivery of the car and we are back on the road again. What more can you ask? Biscoffs with your hot chocolate? They already do that!

Seat Ateca (NK18VMM)
I brought a seat ateca (NK18VMM) in April, by June I was having engine problems and jw autos wasn't intrested with the problems my car was having, after paying garages to look at the vehicle I was told by a specialist that the car either needed an engine rebuild or a new engine. Luckily, I spoke to my fiance company, and they informed me that jw autos were liable to fix the car. After weeks of the seat just sitting there as I was unable to drive it, they decided they didn't want to pay for the car to be fixed so it was returned to them. Now 2 months later the car is back up for sale, might I add there is no discrption of the car having engine issues or having an engine rebuild or even a new one fitted, so I'm high in thinking this car still has engine issues and the car will be going back to them again after they have sold it. Although it does state the car has had 7 owners, and each owner only had it a few months at a time. My advice is to stear clear or jw autos. They look very professional, upper class company, but actually, they are scamming arseh*les!! And as for the manager who is so far up herself, it's unreal, talks to customers with no respect at all. Jw autos is an absolute joke of a company and I feel sorry for anyone that buys the Seat Ateca (NK18VMM) as you will have the same problems I had and you will get no help from the company.

The vehicle you purchased was fully inspected prior to sale, and that time there were no reported issues with the engine. When you raised concerns we engaged with you and worked within the terms of your finance agreement to resolve matters. Unfortunately , some of the claims made in your review are not consistent with the facts of the case.
We never mislead customers about the condition of our vehicles. All cars are sold with the appropriate checks and documentation, and we always aim to resolve issues fairly and transparently. We also strongly reject any suggestion that we do not respect our customers - our team works hard to provide a professional service.
