Ordered items, site says dispatch / delivery 2 to 3 days. A week went by, nothing. Bare in mind that tools are usually needed to be used so I was holding a job off for these tools. I sent a message soon after (thursday/friday) got a paypal refund for the full amount hence the 2 stars and to give them the benefit of doubt. They had some blaming of manufacturer but no real explanation, apology or response. Now, all is ok and it happens, but if you read the other comments on trust pilot about JWAUTO Tools you should be Very Dubious about dealing with them as it seems very dodgy to me at worst and very ignorant and unprofessional at best. Glad I paid with paypal at least!

Took my money but never delivered. dont answer phone calls or emails. complete crooks

check out their address on google maps - look derelict to me! This company will be reported to trading standards.

JOHN WRIGHT IS A CROOK

Be very wary dealing with this company, their customer service is poor and they use 'cheapskate' carriers 'Hermes' who fail to deliver and lose things quite often. Mostly they sell via Ebay, after waiting nearly two weeks for a part that was lost by carriers and knowing we needed and wanted the part, instead of sending another one out to us they simply sent a refund even though they clearly had stock. Ebay closed the case and we were greatly inconvenienced chasing Hermes and phoning JW auto's 'trade line' that
more often than not does not answer calls, they knew we would not be able to give feedback on Ebay under these circumstances.
We would not recommend them in view of this....
