Ordered a JYY lucky dip bag as hyped by Katie Price. What I got was 1 pair of bottoms, awful quality, terrible sizing (soooo small) and ZERO response from JYY when questioning where the rest of the parcel is!! Avoid at all costs!!

Very misleading. Ordered 3 bags for my family.
Expected 3 items in each bag as shown by katie price. And got one bag with 3 items in. Disgusting !!

Do not order from this retailer they are a scam! Ordered 3 items they only sent 1. Crickets from all channels of support. Quality of what I did receive is on par with the local market stall. Don’t waste your money! Claim put in with my bank thankfully received but wouldn’t deal with this brand again, you’ve been warned.

JYY London heavily promotes its £10 Lucky Dip Bags online, even featuring endorsements from Katie Price, which naturally creates expectations that you will receive a worthwhile selection of items for your money.

Unfortunately, my experience was absolutely appalling. I received ONE SINGLE ITEM — a pair of absolutely dreadful trousers — and nothing else whatsoever. That was the entire contents of my £10 Lucky Dip Bag. The trousers are something I would never wear in a million years, and had I known I would receive just one unsuitable item, I would never have placed the order.

What makes this experience even worse is that all of my emails have been completely ignored. Not even the courtesy of a response. The lack of customer service is just as disappointing as the contents of the bag itself.

A £10 lucky dip might be a gamble, but customers should still feel that what they receive represents reasonable value for money. Receiving one single item of clothing that I would never choose to wear, followed by complete silence when trying to contact the company, has left me thoroughly disappointed.

The heavy online promotion and celebrity endorsements certainly gave a very different impression to the reality of my experience.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend JYY London. I would urge other customers to think carefully before spending their money.

One pair of awful trousers, absolutely nothing else, and emails ignored. A thoroughly disappointing experience from start to finish.

Ordered sunglasses that advertised a free gift if bought now. Bought then 2 days later on the invoice the free gift was cancelled. No explanation.
Emailed daily for 2 weeks to customer service and not a single person have come back to me.

Paid £15 for 1 item which was trousers not nice after watching Katie price say pay £10 for 3 items and cist £5.00 pp it's a scam.

Wish I could give a minus rating, my delivery hasn't arrived no one replying to any emails or through social media! Tracking not updating absolutely shocking, will never order from these ever again...and I'd advise other people to think very carefully about placing orders too.

SCAM!!! If I could give zero 0 stars I would!!!! Don’t get sucked in! Got the £10 lucky bag (£15 inc P&P), and all i got was a pair of cheap tracksuit bottoms that won’t even fit my youngest child!!!! Shame on Katie Price for promoting this rubbish and shame on you for exploiting people!! Luck dip bags are NOT REFUNDABLE!!!!! Wish I’d seen the reviews before ordering!!!!! Absolutely awful quality
Got tucked into the lucky bag. Then to realise the postage was £5. The item isn't even worth £3.
Dont waste your money

Poor quality clothing & even worse customer service !! No phone number to call and each email never gets replied too. Sent clothes back as wrong sizes sent & poor quality..., 1 month later & still no refund !! Avoid this company, cheap poor quality clothes

Order placed & paid 26/9 after seeing Katie Price promoting your goods..I was sckeptical now reading reviews on here even more so! Nothing heard since??? Assume this is yet another scam have fallen foul of! Are there any legit on line businesses??? Lost faith in most now! So update. Received a rubbish pair of manky grey trousers. What a joke!!! How gullible am I. £15 for a piece of dishcloth!! AVOID DOING WHAT I DID...

Lovely clothes but I ordered lucky dip bag with size XL but I got all in size S/M and can’t wear any of them. But I loved the varieties items.

I paid for two items but only received one. This was nearly six weeks ago and I’ve still not received my refund. I’ve chased and chased and still nothing. Send me my refund asap this is disgusting!!!

Should be closed down and done for fraud. Ordered a mystery bag and got one pair of crap trousers. We should all contact watchdog for them to run an article as Katie Price is promoting and won’t do her a lot of good!!!!

I wish I read these reviews before purchasing!

I ordered a tracksuit and they sent me a different colour because they sold out of what I paid for. No prior contact to see if I wanted this which I didn't. Initially they were responsive, got my return label, returned the package... And they have gone quiet since! I asked multiple times to confirm they'll refund the postage as well as they sent me unwanted product. If they contacted me prior to this advising they haven't got what I ordered, it would have been a simple refund and cancellation of the order.
I have not received any money back or emails. Do yourself a favour and AVOID JYY London

First time I have ordered. Quick delivery and great quality jumper. Very happy!

After seeing the jumper on KP I fell in love with it such a super soft jumper and fit so nice with cuffed sleeves so no getting ur sleeves wet when washing up just a lovely jumper A* product
