K Skin Wholesale Reviews

K Skin Wholesale has been an absolute pleasure to work with! Their customer service is great, and they genuinely seem to work around the clock to make sure their customers are taken care of. I worked directly with Daniel, who kept me updated throughout the entire process and continued communicating with me until the package was safely delivered. Communication was great, shipping was smooth, and the whole experience felt professional. I’ll definitely be ordering from K Skin Wholesale again!

My experience with Kskin has been very well.
My first order was very smooth and the delivery time did not take long.
Special thanks to Daniel who was very supportive and quick to respond to my queries.

Professional, responsive and reliable team with excellent communication. They offer a great selection of Korean skincare products and genuinely care about building long-term partnerships. Very happy with our cooperation so far!

I placed a trial order 2 months ago, after receiving the payment this scam company promised to ship my order in 10 days. This was a scam as I understand now, they never shipped my goods and stopped responding to my inquiries.

We placed a test wholesale order for 1 box on 12/04 to evaluate this supplier before committing to larger purchases, as their prices initially seemed competitive.
Unfortunately, the experience has been very disappointing. On 25/04, we were informed that the order had not even been forwarded to the warehouse due to an internal oversight. However since then there have been no meaningful updates, no shipment, and no response to our follow-up email.
As of 10/05, the order still appears not to have been shipped.
Mistakes can happen, however complete lack of communication for weeks and failure to process a paid order is unacceptable for a wholesale supplier. At this stage, the whole experience unfortunately starts to feel very concerning and gives the impression of an unreliable or potentially fraudulent operation.

I placed an order with K-Skin Wholesale and everything went very smoothly. The shipping, packaging, and product quality were excellent.
The products are authentic and carefully packed, which is very reassuring!

The only point to mention is that the preparation time for this order was a bit longer than expected, but this seemed to be an exceptional situation, and they always replied to my emails whenever I had questions.

Overall, I am very satisfied with this first experience and I plan to make K-Skin Wholesale a reliable partner for the development of my business.

Many thanks to their team, and I look forward to placing my next orders with them

We ordered several boxes of Medicube because our regular supplier did not have it in stock. At first, we were skeptical, as there was limited information about the company online. However, the prices turned out to be slightly lower, and the delivery time was 12 days.
Special thanks to Katie - she was always available and responded promptly to all our questions.

I have been a member for half a year now, and I really enjoy communicating with Katie - she is always willing to help. They are now a registered exporter in Korea, so I would like to congratulate them.

They were kind and provided their own courier, who delivered my order directly to my port. This was wonderful, as I previously had to arrange pickup from another warehouse myself, which was difficult for me. The prices are good, and I am satisfied with the products. I wish them success.
