No refund and mailing issues
Bought a pack that ended up being too small. The first exchange was easy enough but then I realized my puppy just wouldn't take to the pack at all so I decided to return for a full refund per the company policy.
My refund return ended up being "Returned to Sender" as the hold period expired. So I tried re-mailing from a US-postal-office and I'm still waiting to hear back. I did drop customer support an email and they never even responded to me.
Overall, this was a poor customer experience and I would not buy from them again or recommend the company to friends or family.
