I’ve been using KAATSU for 6 months or so. Have been incredibly impressed with the muscle gains. As a 63 year old woman, I found it time consuming to maintain muscle. With KAATSU, I’ve broken the plateau I sat at for many months. Expensive, but totally worth the money. Good customer support as well. Highly recommend.

I began using KAATSU C3 in mid-February 2023 after watching Dr. Mercola's videos on building muscles and how difficult it is for those over 55 to do. I use Kaatsu to help me get through two physically grueling times of the year: planting garlic & harvesting garlic. Those are extremely intense, demanding weeks, one period of a few weeks in the fall & the other early summer. If I were not using Kaatsu throughout the rest of the year to stay in shape those 4000 bulbs would be pretty tough to manage (I know, I have been farming garlic longer than I have had Kaatsu). I’m very grateful this allows me to work at this level as over 90% of my work is by hand, with broad fork, shovel and horihori knife. Garlic isn’t the only crop I grow but it is the most intense. On a side note, Kaatsu kept me going when I had round-the-clock care of a family member after open heart surgery for many months.

I am 76 years old and have recently had a full hip replacement. I have used the KAATSU system during may recovery. Within 3 weeks I was in no pain and was able to walk over 1/2 mile in the 4th week

I have been using my C3 bands daily for 2 months and have already seen improved muscle tone and balance. I have lower leg & feet issues which prevent me from doing a lot of walking, so this is perfect and I am excited. I am quite impressed with the level of customer support the Kaatsu team provides. This is a quality product with a dedicated team.

After an illness, I was able to use KAATSU to increase muscle mass when a dangerously low blood oxygen level would normally have prevented any exercise. In a short amount of time, muscle mass and blood oxygen saturation returned to normal.

I am a big fan of Kaatsu bands and noticed a change in my muscle mass right away. I found the Kaatsu team helpful in getting me my bands and helping me figure out how to use them with lots of personal attention. Now I am excited to get started with their weekly meetups to keep learning more.

After having wrist surgery- my doctor recommended using Kaatus to help speed up the healing process. I started using the arm bands 7 days after the surgery for 6 weeks. The wrist healed remarkably well and quickly. My surgeon was very impressed with healing and progress thought out 6 weeks. I would highly recommend Kaatus. 5 stars!!

Very high quality product, was happy to see that after unboxing and after I started using it. I've only started using it recently so will provide an update in a few weeks but there's a ton of good data supporting its effectiveness so I'm excited to see the results.
