Pessima azienda la Kabam.

Persone molto molto cattive e regole durissime a chi commette anche solo un errore (anche se inconsapevole) ...

Dovrebbero ALMENO far retrocedere di qualche livello il giocatore fino al punto dove hanno riscontrato l'anomalia.

Non meritano di possedere giochi come Marvel Contest e Transformers !!!

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE Company! They design and develop mobile video games that is essentially gambling. They continue to release software with multiple bugs but have no problem taking your money. Best bet is to stay away!

During a transition, they completely lost all my account information and all the progress made in the game. Never use these guys ever again.

Supporto inutile,non sanno risolvere nessun tipo di problema,al primo errore (anche non commesso)si viene bloccati per sempre,si vede che gli fanno schifo i soldi.

De går kun efter ens penge, deres fejl i spillet refundere de dig ikke for, hvis de gør er det f.eks. 5krs værdi hvis du har tabt for 5-800kr.

I have paid money on Kabam games and have been misled at every turn. They use business practices that are illegal and if they were a brick and mortar store they would have been sued and fined a long time ago. Not sure how they keep getting away with it.

SO IF THERE ARE ANY LAWYERS READING THIS, IT WOULD BE A GREAT CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT.

They entice you with huge type, offering great items for reasonable prices. Like 250,000 somethings for 10 gems. You have to use real money to get the gems. Then in small type that you may not notice if you are excited from the huge type. It states you have a chance to win the 250k item. The chances of actually winning it must be less then winning the lottery. I have easily opened a thousand chests and have never won one of the big prizes that they mention. They also often claim that a great chest is on sale. Like the 250k item that was 10 is on sale for 2. Again it is wrong and misleading. The special chest isn't on sale it is a 90% less item chest that costs 90% less. For example with the 250K chest that cost 10 gems you usually get 1000 of what ever item was offered. When the sale item is bought you don't get the 1,000 like in the previous chest you get 100 items. So the item isn't on sale it's just a much lower number of items for equivalently the same price. Yet they claim you are buying the original item that cost 10gems on sale. Can you say illegal.
The illegal selling practices is one of the biggest problems but they do so many things that are disreputable. Like having items you click on jump around so that you hit wrong things costing you real money that you didn't mean to spend. When scrolling through items trying to get to the one you want, quite often it automatically clicks something that you didn't want and that costs real money. Things will dissapear that you paid for. Never in any pattern and so randomly that you never get a screen shot to prove it. They obviously know about it since it was probably programmed that way. Even if it wasn't it has happened so much to so many people that they know it's a problem but it is one they ignore. Actually they ignore every problem that deals with people losing real money. When you write to customer support you get the same answer no matter what the problem is. It must be written in bold print at everyone's cubicle. "We have checked the server and there has been no problem with your account.". It doesn't matter if you do have proof since they ignore it. Even when it is blatantly obvious that there was a glitch or problem all they will do is state they have passed it up to someone else, who will look into it. They can't do anything according to them. The problem with that excuse it that there is noone else above them. That just means they have filed your complaint in the circular bin(trash) and that is that. If you try to find out what happened to your issue you get a computer response stating your issue has been closed and so there is nothing else you can do.

I have played way more games then I really care to admit and I have never been treated as poorly as I have from this company. It isn't even close this is by far the worst and most dishonest company going at this time.

They make so many bugs and glitches in their games, so if you spend any money with them, they make all your invested money and time void, and do nothing about it. If you write support you mostly just get auto response, and they always say they can understand how frustrating it is, but they never do anything about it, they just try to milk your money.

Pieno di hacker, e gente che moltiplicano i premi e truppe da anni. La assistenza cliente fanno finta di sentire, rispondono è vero, ma le risoluzione mai, e i problemi lasciate stare. Sfide e torneo molte volte fatte a caso, i premi a volte ricevi a volte nn, le descrizione del torneo e sfide a volte ti dicono un certo premio poi niente ti danno del altro. Gente che sfruttano di bug, tra rocca e avamposto invisibile, anche se denunciate continuano con il bug, e niente provvedimenti. Da mesi che, nn si trova uove e armature. Se paghi per degli scrigni in offerte nn si dropa mai la roba della descrizione, e se si solo il minimo, questi giorni pagato 50 euri per vincere solo truppe da 50. Sono veramente indignato e lascio il gioco.

Nessuna capacità di creare un software senza problemi;
gli aggiornamenti che vengono rilasciati invece di correggere ì bug esistenti ne aggiungono dei nuovi per non parlare poi dei server su cui si appoggiano che spesso e volentieri danno delle risposte degne di un lumaca zoppa, che, in alcuni giochi dove la velocità d' azione è fondamentale, rendono l'esperienza totalmente negativa e frustrante.
Il fatto che siano sfacciatamente favoriti gli "shoppatori" tutto sommato non disturberebbe più di tanto, ma mi chiedo se c'è qualcuno abbia voglia di spendere del denaro in cambio di un servizio inesistente e un'assistenza latitante e qualche cimelio. Disinstallati tutti i loro giochi con l'intenzione irrevocabile di non installarne mai più.

chiedete solo soldi......soldi...soldi...soldi.....e se vuoi giocare senza che ti blocchino....devi sempre pagare...........supporto clienti......ingiudicabile.......rispondo sempre con moduli precompilati o fanno finta di non capire.........truppe che spariscono....continui bug.......e premi non dati per varie sfide/tornei............
in poche parole......la kabam........è una azienda creta solo per estorcerti i soldi......
il loro motto è......se vuoi giocare ..devi spendere......
il problema è che anche quando spendi soldi.....i problemi restano...e i blocchi anche...e tu non giochi piu........
la gente comune......si è stufata....e molti player hanno smesso di giocare.......e di spendere......(la kabam è in caduta libera)

Non rispettate consegne , non rispettate i player , non rispondete a dovere e fate i finti tonti che non siete , volete solo i soldi dei player senza guardare il vero senso del gioco

ho giocato tanto sui giochi della kabam ma i risultati sono pessimi i giochi peggiorano ogni giorno che passano

hvis så der sker en fejl, som sker tit så kan du ikke få hjælp fra supporten.
de lover og lover men selv om du kan bevise at fejl sker så midster du bare dine penge...
hold dig lang væk fra spillet ..
