Reliable, professional and fun. I'd really recommend Kai's PT style and training. From someone that didn't really enjoy the gym I now find the hour training with Kai flies by and I can really see and feel a difference in myself since starting training with him 4 months ago. I've already recommended him to a friend and I would recommend him to anyone else who wants to actually enjoy working out!
I’ve been training with Kai for about 4 months and have become so much stronger and fitter in that short time. As a person who has never enjoyed the gym, I find our sessions fun, challenging and rewarding. Most importantly, I’m seeing the results week by week. I can’t recommend Kai highly enough!

Kai is friendly, patient, dedicated, knowledgable, organised and most importantly he knows knows how to push you during a workout without making you hate him or the gym. Every carefully planned PT session is different and Kai always finds a way to make it fun. I’ve trained with Kai for over three years now and it’s safe to say he’s become not just my PT but my life coach, problem solver and friend. With his help I’ve not only got physically stronger but fallen back in love with exercise. I would recommend him to anyone!

He train me for 3 years already. He shows his professionalism during all the stage of my needs. No matter which goals I’d like to reach. Either weight management or body sculpting or fitness during the pregnancy or post natal period.
Always prepared for he session with a program and study every case.
He knows a lot about nutrition as well, that is absolutely necessary while I live sportive life.

Charismatic, fun but tough training. Kai and his fabulous personality make attending the gym enjoyable and addictive. The results have been FAB and I learnt a lot about healthy and realistic eating habits as well as overall nutrition tips. Fantastic PT - I've been training with Kai for a year now and seen immense progress. Kai takes the time to work out your goals and works out an achievable training plan to get you there. Honest and trustworthy, would recommend to anyone.
I have trained with Kai for 3 years and have seen extremely positive results in not only my strength and conditioning training but also in my daily diet. Kai is extremely reliable and has only cancelled 2 appointments in 3 years.

Have trained with Kai for around 3 years and have always found him to be professional and courteous. He is able to get the maximum out each session without going to extremes. His methods get you performing to your best and results come quickly. If you don't want all the shouting and loud music in one on one environment, this is the way to go.
Kai is the Personal Trainer everyone wants/needs in their life! He is attentive even in group sessions he does not leave anyone out, and he focuses on your personal goals to ensure you get the outcome you want! What I like most about training with Kai is the real personal touch he provides, I recently started using his app where he comments on my meal plans which I have found very useful ! It is a pleasure training with Kai.
I have happily trained with Kai for close to a year now. Kai is very knowledgable and versatile about Body Training, and he is extremely customer -oriented at the same time. Kai trained me at my correct ability level, though adding challenge regularly, and thus with only 2 times per week exercise, I attained my physical goals after few months. Though I was slim, I didn’t think it was possible at all for me to have well-trained abs. 2 pregnancies and births had given me stubborn belly fat. However now even my middle section is flat, thanks to Kai. Kai is also very flexible, accommodating and friendly. I highly recommend him as a personal trainer.
