This was my second visit to Kaizen Medical. Today I needed a couple of procedures from Dr Ashton, who put me completely at ease, explaining everything he would be doing. The whole process was just as quick and painless as I'd hoped, along with the final outcome I wanted. I can't praise this place enough - everyone is super-friendly, and they all put you completely at ease.

I visit Kaizen for masetter Botox. Emma is knowledgable, compassionate and I barely feel the injections. There is no rush and the clinic is really lovely

I highly recommend Kaizen and Dr Richard Ashton and can't praise them enough. I wanted a specialist dermatologist to examine a mole that to my untrained eye didn't look healthy. I was impressed by Dr Aston's expertise and experience and his patient care, from initial consultation, to performing the removal of the mole through to explaining the subsequent pathology lab report in layman's terms to me, which confirmed the necessity in having it removed. Two weeks later I returned to have the stitches taken out, and again Dr Ashton did a great job.

I had. Stopped applying the cream as I felt it was
finished but Dr Ashton explained I must continue for 2 more weeks. His next patient had the same condition so Dr Ashton gave me a live viva on the correct treatment.

Great, knowledgable staff who tailor the treatments based on the individual needs. Would definitely recommend!

All of the staff are friendly and cheery and nothing is rushed. Everyone from the doctor to the reception staff will engage with you and make you feel welcome. Makes a real difference

I have started a course of Tixel and polynucleotides with Emma who clearly explained the process and aftercare requirements. Emma is always very welcoming and professional, I am looking forward to seeing the final results from the treatment.
