I purchased 25.00 worth of whipping cream and it only had 4.5 percent of fat in it that is more like skim milk not cream companies like friendly farms and every other creamery is false advertising its cream products especially the heavy whipping cream that has about 6 percent fat in it where it's suppose to have at least 36 percent fat I'm not sure how much fat whipping cream is suppose to have but 4.5 percent seems low but heavy whipping cream is legally suppose to have 36 percent fat in it these companies are false advertising.
