Sent a different size to what was ordered and the quality is appalling - not fit fir purpose. Customer service (if you can call it that) said I would have to pay for the return, even though faulty! Final gesture of goodwill is for me to keep the item and get 30% off next order! I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN so I am left with a poor quality garment that doesn't fit. AVOID

They sent the wrong size. Refused to honour their own terms and conditions. Expected me to pay return postage when the terms state if item is incorrect customer shall not bear the cost of the return. Then completed ignored me! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! Very poor customer service.

Order had taken weeks to arrive. Came today, is very small and material is awful. I have just asked for a refund - watch this space! Wish I had looked here before ordering

Kalont sandals should have read reviews before parting with my money.Not replying to my request to return.

Scammed not delivering goods even Royal Mail say they have delivered of course they havent. Need my money back

As previously reviews do not buy. Item delivered from China taking weeks. Item not working and told to return at my own expense. Email responses very slow.

DO NOT USE

After seeing the advert on Facebook, I had to buy a dress and when it came I was so disappointed by the quality, it is totally different from the one they advertised.

I ordered a pair of orthopaedic sandals, which took ages to deliver (should have been a clue). When they were delivered, size was perfect but….. the straps were too short to tighten across foot or ankle (unless you are a skeleton). When complaining I was told I have to return them to China at my own expense.
When I disputed that they were being returned as faulty, they just reiterated, return at own expense. Take a lesson from someone who has learned the hard way, DO NOT buy from these people !!!

The shorts I received did not match the quality that appeared in their ad.
They did not state that their return policy was that all returns had too be sent at the buyer's cost to CHINA

I.bought two pairs of sandals beige and white for my holidays went for a walk in the beige too try them out.was very disappointed as they were not comfortable.the soles were not comfortable it was like walking on rough sand paper . ended up with blisters under my feet.just feel like I have waisted My money shan't be bothered too wear the white ones .if the beige are so uncomfortable . won't buy anymore or anything else off you again.

Kalont is based in China and to ret ficticiousurn an item/items you have to send them to the address in China at your own expense with no offer of reimbusrement
the return time is ridiculous by the time the item the return time would have elapsed resulting in no refund
think seriously before buying from this site

Order taking ages so requested cancellation. No response and no refund. Be wary.

I ordered from them in June. I have still not received my order. I have cancelled the order and asked for a refund. They have ignored my requests, and say that they have dispatched my order again. This is the third time they have said this. A very disreputable company, I will never deal with them again.

It is now 8 weeks since I ordered orthopaedic flip flops. They have not arrived. I have contacted several times and get the same response saying we need full postal adress. This I have done several times. I have asked for a full refund and they do not respond. Please be aware this company are a scam, do not place orders.

Brought a neck massager and it took forever to come and then didn't work on arrival. Cheaply made and an absolute rip off. Contacted the company for a refund and the only response I got was a generic one. Would never buy from this site again.
