Highly insightful Introduction Session
I recently attended a "Introduction to Train the Trainer program", and I have to say, it was a truly insightful experience. The Coach Gurudatt -Gave us a clear and straightforward picture of what it really takes to be successful in this role. He didn’t shy away from talking about the challenges we might face, which was refreshing—it wasn’t filled with empty promises or unrealistic expectations.
The program was full of eye-openers, especially around real-world situations as a trainer. I appreciated the honesty and the practical approach.
If you’re looking to build your skills as a trainer and want something that’s grounded in reality, this is definitely a program I’d recommend. It gave me the insights I needed to feel prepared, without sugarcoating the effort required to succeed.

I have joined to see how it works, I was not sure. But truly it is great.
* when I do pranayama not able to breath.1 nestle always block. Now it is not there.
*I was suffering from lower back pain from 18years.
Now I can say it reduced 80%.
*I had right negligent tear pain.
Now it reduced 80%.
*My right ear pain from 14 years . Now I don't have. Belive me
*emotional partthere is no unwanted
thoughts, anxiety,palpitation,
*last but not least I am sleeping very nicely, so when I gets up in the morning I have so much of energy.
You know it is not even a month when I started practicing REIKI
