As a side note, any tracking number emails or payment receipt emails are not handled by our team, but by an automatic email systems sent out by our third party merchants that provide that information to you, so if a reply was sent to those they will not be seen by anyone.

My order was exactly what was placed. Any questions or concerns were quickly addressed even during the current events. Items were sent out early and arrived sooner than I had anticipated. Awesome service so far.
