I tried to arrange return and was offered replacement value instead but had no reply to my last 5 emails, no products sent. I asked for a refund as were ignoring me… still being ignored.

Avoid this company like the plague!
Quality of bikini is terrible. I have been given the ring around over returning. They try to get you to order more cheap swimwear that you don’t want for free rather than give you your money back. When I refused I was only offered a 15% refund, when that was refused I was offered 40% refund.
They don’t provide return labels so you have to pay for that and only get a percentage of your money back. They don’t offer to refund you back the cost of a return label either. The website makes out the return process is easy which it most definitely is not!
Would never order from this company again!

Don’t be fooled by Kamonis response. You only get a % percentage of a refund. I got 55% in the end. There is no refund policy, they do what they like.

The products we received were really nice. When we had an issue over the Christmas period, the customer service team were extremely helpful and were able to resolve our matter without any issues. Will certainly use this company again.
Fabulous customer service, prompt replies, I received a bikini top which was too small, they gave me another just the postage to pay.

The website is not transparent, return process is a NIGHTMARE if you're living outside the US. The company makes you send it back to the US headquarters which is costly and your returns are subject to CUSTOM TAX.
I understand that the company runs an online store, however I feel the integrity is in question when the website states 'Kamoni UK' and using a URL which ends with '.co.uk' which therefore makes buyers believe that they are buying in the UK.
To me that automatically gives me the impression that returns or exchanges will not be difficult IF they needed to be made.
Secondly there is nowhere on the website (as of when I purchased it) that states that the returns will need to be made to the United States. If it was stated then maybe many of the customers that customer service keeps mentioning who are having trouble with returns (including myself) would not be unhappy with the situation as it would have been our responsibility to know that we would have to send it back to the US. I read the returns and I was happy to pay for any returns on my own back (as stated in their returns policy) because I thought that the returns were going to be back in the UK, as the website made me believe it was a UK company.
Customer service tried to resolve the problem by refunding me 50% but I am still 50% out of pocket because the website was not transparent about the return process.
I really didn't like that they have sent me a few emails asking me to delete my trustpilot review after they've sent me a 50% refund. Unfortunately that felt like bribery and also, i'm still 50% out of pocket due to non transparency.
Pros
Lovely bikinis if you're willing to take the risk of not returning them. Unfortunately, they just didn't look great on me.
Customer service was helpful, especially after I came to Trustpilot to complain.

Absolutely poor company! Don't buy!
Super deceiving. I bought it from kamoni UK thinking it was from the UK. There is no place that states that the returns need to be made to the US and that we would bear the cost of Custom tax for returns.
Only offered to give me 10% of it back because they stated that returns were going to be expensive on my part! I didn't mind paying for returns when I bought it if i needed to return because I thought it was a UK company which meant it wasn't going to be too expensive!
When I asked for the US address, they then tried to put me off returning it by telling me I'd have to bear custom tax! And tried to offer me 20% for not returning it!
What a joke of a company! I would highly recommend you not to buy and save your money for something more legitimate! Companies like this should not even exist to scam buyers!

Customer service excellent and product quality same. I have placed wrongly my order but the team helped out by sending the right sizes for both items and also received for free a beautiful pink bikini. Highly recommend there won't be any disappointment I can assure you ♥️
Okay so, the customer service was good! I will give it that.
But the sizing is kind of insane, the medium is an 8-10 but it says 12-14.
The colours aren't always accurate, I ordered hot pink and it was coral. I kept it but just a heads up.
You can't really refund anything, they either refund 15% of your order or they send you alternative sizes out.
Shipping took a while but nowhere near as long as I was expecting coming from China.
To be honest, I didn't have a bad experience here but I wouldn't shop again. But the dinosaur bikini I did buy was awesome and made me happy. So I would shop here for more dinosaur themed clothing.
