ignore all the bad reviews, i mean it! the customer service is on point with fast replies yet super helpful responses. 5/5!

I ordered one of there electronic pedal kits off their website sand watched the instal video. In trhe webiste listing for the bike i have it says that the electronic kit will power your bike electeronically and MECHANICALLY. Well i recieved the package today and there was no chain or sprocket included. I contactedf the owner of kaniwaba and told him they shorted me parts, he said that those parts are not included lol. The websites states clearly in a section that says WHAT YOU WILL GET; lists everything i recieved and also lists that 2 sprockets and chain are included which they were not and if i want those items its 69 bucks plus 29 shipping. No where on the website doers it say those items are not included and it even shows the guy installing the parts on youtube he installs the sprockets and chain in the video of the electronic pedal kikt. I will be contacting a lawyer.

I normally give companies the benefit of the doubt when things go wrong, but my experience with Kaniwaba has been an absolute nightmare.

I ordered an electronics package and pedal kit for my Talaria Sting R MX4 in early March 2025. From the start, the parts were defective or completely incompatible. I documented everything with photos and video evidence and reached out immediately.

Here is what happened:

Months of excuses and delays. They promised replacement parts several times, then pushed back shipping repeatedly.

Still incompatible. When the replacement finally arrived, it did not even work with the 2025 model throttle despite my clear explanation of what I needed.

Zero accountability. I sent multiple detailed emails with a video attached asking for a resolution. They ignored every follow-up for over a month.

No refund, no resolution. Even after explicitly requesting a refund, I was met with complete silence.

I am now left with defective parts, wasted time, and hundreds of dollars lost unless my credit card dispute goes through.

Kaniwaba does not stand behind its products, does not care about its customers, and will stop responding the second they realize they cannot fix the issue they sold you.

If you are considering buying from them, do not. Save yourself the frustration, lost money, and endless unanswered emails.

No customer service phone number to call to get help and no help online,and they lie, asked if I could ship to where I live (island) with po box and they said yes, took my money and sent email saying they could not ship to my address BS

WORST ONLINE EXPERIENCE IVE HAD. Bought an electronic pedal kit for my Surron for $500 and it was broken, they didnt include crank puller either so they were stuck on until I bought one, emailed them about it sending proof it was broken and no response. COMPLETE WASTE OF $500!!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AVOID!!!

Ended up getting a refund
